I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The house is perfect for hosting a get together for multiple families. The helper stays on site and the only way to access the house is for her to open and close the gates for you. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. For the price it would be nice if they provided pool towels and at least shampoo/conditioner/body wash but it’s very clear in the description you should bring your own. If you want to use the hot tub make sure you make that very clear, it wasn’t set-up and it takes at least 12 hours to get hot, the helper unplugged it at night and it never got warm enough to use. Overall it’s a great location and I would go back again.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Upon booking, I immediately received a message from Kirk. Their caretaker was very helpful and responsive. The house was as seen on photos. We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, spacious, airconditioned and beds were comfortable. The group had fun outdoors roasting hotdogs and marshmallows in their griller, playing kickball in the nearby clubhouse, and indoors lounging in the sofa watching TV and cooking. Our new favorite seafood restaurant, Highlands Crab, is just a few mins drive.

Ms. Ana was responsive and very welcoming 🥰 She offered to extend our stay for a few hours from check-out time since she knew we got back to the listing past midnight the night before. Based on the previous reviews, they received fish and fruits from Ms. Ana - I was kind of (hehe) expecting the same but we didn’t. Instead, she gave us a WHOLE CHICKEN and eggs!! You guessed it right, we cooked adobo that night hehe. Thank you for having us Ms. Ana! 💞 Things to note: - Bed linen and towels were provided - Complimentary tomatoes from Ms. Ana’s harvest ❣️ - Water heater in the shower - there’s an airfryer in the kitchen - karaoke - Listing was 100% accurate and clean Thank you again!!

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

We booked this place on the day and luckily it’s available. My husband and just stayed overnight as we need to have a place to rest after attending a wedding nearby. The place is so pretty! Great location as there are restos nearby, clean, host sent all clear instructions from checkin and checkout. It has a nice view of taal! Love the natural light also, perfect for pictures - very aesthetic. Would definitely book this again in the future and will stay longer.

We had a great stay at this Laura’s apartment , even though it was just for one night. The location is perfect, surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and cafes. We felt safe in the area, which was a big plus. Laura and Ellah was also very flexible with check-in, which we appreciated. The only downside was that when we first entered the apartment, we noticed a smell (possibly from the furniture?). The main door hanger abit loose also but still functional. Overall, we would recommend this Airbnb to others. It's a great spot to stay, especially if you're looking for a convenient location with plenty of amenities nearby.

I found Cath’s place to be very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. She has amenities in her apartment that entertain and help, but do not clutter the place. They are neatly and friendly organized. Cath responds promptly and communicates well sharing valuable informations to her guests. The surrounding of the building is likewise clean and peaceful with kind and respectful staff. I will prefer to stay in Cath’s place again in the future.

Host Melissa is wonderful! Also her caretaker is very kind, maasikaso, marespeto, basta Nanay Jeng (?) I forgot her name huhu sorry, is excellent, she deserves a raise! Place is good! Ang lamig! Super. Nakapagrelax kami ng sobra. Ang peaceful. Ang tahimik which is 'yun talaga bet namin. Nearby stores din so no worries sa mga needs! :) Mababait din mga guards nila! I really love our stay there. Overall, Host Melissa, her caretaker, and the place are outstanding! 🥰 will recommend!

Love the place and has one of the greatest view of Taal Volcano. Host and the staff were very helpful, easy check in, worth the price, and I enjoyed my short vacation. The place is highly recommended 😊😊😊😊

We were very satisfied with our stay at this Airbnb. The unit was spacious and fully equipped, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was also very clean, even the floor, which is important to me because I have a child who’s always on the floor, comfortable enough to walk around barefoot. It was very convenient too. Restaurants, Coffeesho,p and bakery are within walking distance. I preferred this over the unit we stayed in at Crosswinds six years ago because this one had a better layout and a more refreshing vibe. The host was also very easy to communicate with—no hassle at all! 😊
