A lovely little gem of a cottage. Make sure you’re fit enough to walk up and down the hill but it’s worth the effort. Everything you could need and the hot tub was especially welcome after walking the coast path. A comfortable and cosy hideaway in a gorgeous village.

We had a lovely few days away in Nancy’s House and couldn’t fault it at all. There is everything you need in order to feel right at home as soon as you arrive. We really appreciated the wonderful home made cream tea that greeted us after many hours of travelling! We cooked in the house each night so can’t comment on local pubs etc as the whole purpose of our stay was for peace and quiet. It really is a peaceful haven, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with gorgeous views. We walked up on the hills and down to the hidden beach, both were beautiful. The fact that the whole farm, cottage included, is sustainable, and provides for itself, is truly impressive and a testament to the work that Lisa, Piers and team have put into creating it. Take some time to walk up to the willow labyrinth and appreciate the time and work that’s been invested in it - we’d love to see how it grows over the years! All in all a perfect few days away.

Had a fantastic stay at The Hobbit Hole for a two night getaway with family. The cottage has charming characteristics with modern touches. Loved the welcome of complimentary coffee, bottle of wine and biscuits. Great location within driving distance to Penzance and Land’s End. Plenty of space yet cosy and the hot tub was very relaxing after a day of exploring Cornwall. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional Damson cottage is the sort of place you do not want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed a blissful few days. It is like having your own personal spa, with the sauna, wood fired hot tub and a copper bath Damson is exquisite inside, beautifully decorated to create a warm and inviting space. Very peaceful, located in beautiful surroundings. Wadebridge is near by, lovely shops. Lots to do, including the camel trail The coast a short drive away. Kate was lovely to liaise with, very friendly and helpful. In short, Perfect Thank you

Baytree cottage was the perfect little holiday for us. Only a ten minute walk to the beach, with beautiful surroundings! The cottage was super relaxing and tranquil thanks to the spacious garden and hot tub, we really felt at home there. So happy we stayed and so is our doggo as it was his first time at the beach! He also loved the dog treaties the Riley’s had stocked at home too! We hope to be back one day!

Perched atop Cornwall’s dramatic cliffs, this little hideaway is something of a triumph in the art of peaceful living. It’s close enough to spectacular scenery that you can walk there with a cup of tea still warm in your hand, but somehow entirely sheltered from the wilder whims of the weather. Once you step into the private garden—or sink into the hot tub—you’ll hear absolutely nothing but blissful silence, as if the world outside politely agreed to leave you alone for a while. Inside, it’s all cosy brilliance, a perfectly thought-out space with books aplenty and everything else you didn’t realise you needed for a weekend of utter contentment. But the real stars here are the hosts—kindly invisible, yet reassuringly available. They seem to have mastered the delicate art of being there when needed, but never intruding. For two weary souls from the NHS trenches, this was pure heaven. If you’re looking for a place to truly switch off, look no further. This is it.

We ended up having to cancel our trip but Philippa was super helpful and accommodating & we really hope we’re able to come to Cornwall soon!

We had a lovely short stay. We arrived late after a long journey arriving at Bristol airport. We felt relaxed and at home straight away. The cottage is very clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds and piping hot water. All the kitchen facilities that we needed, except for dishwasher, but coped with a little elbow grease for 3 days! Would happily stay here again.

Came down for a family wedding nearby and location was perfect for us. The farmhouse was cozy, welcoming and spacious. The beds were comfy, so much so we all overslept on checkout morning. Facilities, especially in the kitchen were ideal for us. We would love to come again, next time for longer so we can explore the local area more thoroughly and probably with the dog who missed out this time. Thanks for having us to stay.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

Had such a wonderful time at the cottage. Very clear instructions on how to get to and into the property, it was spotless and Karen was always on hand via messaging to give any answers to any questions we had quickly and prompted. It's a beautiful property with so much character and comfortable beds in a stunning location. Cannot fault our experience and for the accommodation it was incredible value. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Karen for such a wonderful stay!

Super lovely place to visit and hosts! They were super attentive and quick to respond when there was a little issue with the WiFi and toilet roll - was fixed very speedily. Beautiful location and a perfect little cottage for a get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - our second visit and perfectly situated for visiting our sister lives nearby. We loved the accommodation and found Maria and her husband to be on hand and very helpful. We will book again when next visiting Cornwall.

Claire and Chris were extremely hospitable and flexible. We arrived at a rather unsociable hour, but they were both more than understanding and welcoming. This little gem is spotless and fresh, with tasteful decor and a timeless Cornish cottage feel. Claire left some great snacks etc which were most welcome after a long drive. The location is great, too, with the A30 literally a few minutes drive away, and super close to the lively Lanivet Inn. Couldn’t recommend enough for both tourists, and (once!) locals coming back to Cornwall to visit.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

A beautiful gem in a fabulous serene location near so many brilliant places in Cornwall. Perfectly furnished and thoughtful set up. Super helpful and friendly host - down to getting the bbq ready for us and being able to hose down wetsuits on site plus lots of great local recommendations - plus very quick responses and let us know we could check in early. Could not recommend enough (except to ensure there’s some availability next summer so we can return!). Exactly what we needed and such a stunning private garden too - ideal if you are bringing a furry friend. Many thanks and hope to be back soon

Really enjoyed staying here, although just a weekend break I would happily stay for longer. It is so peaceful. There is a great pub, the Smugglers Den, down the lane which is walkable. We specifically stayed here for a Fishermen’s Friend concert in Perranporth, which we also walked to! the walk is well worth it and Perranporth itself is a fantastic place to visit. All in all Becky’s place is in a great location if you want peace and quiet but easily accessible to all the area has to offer.
