We had a great time here! Everything was as described, very clean and Gail was very responsive. The space was warm and cozy, perfect after a soggy walk around the Brecon Beacons!!

The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

Exceptional. My favorite stay to date. From the moment I arrived, Janet and Mike were warm and welcoming. From conversation, to showing me around and recommending local spots to visit, nothing was too much. The cottage is absolutely wonderful and full to the brim with character, the views are breath-taking, and the local wildlife is an absolute treat to experience. I could have easily spent many more hours just sat outside, soaking it all in. In terms of practicalities and anemities; the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom functional and the bedrooms are cosy and comfortable. All rooms have additions that really make your stay a welcome and easy one. I really felt at home and relaxed here, it was genuinely soul - restoring, and I hope to come back in future. Janet and Mike - thank you again for your hospitality, and for sharing this absolute treasure with the world. Ive already recommeded this gem to others.

We had a lovely week at The Bothy. A peaceful cottage in a wonderful location. Alicia is a great host - very welcoming and with lots of local information. The Bothy is well appointed and has everything you need. Pretty gardens at this time of year a sea of snowdrops. The local pub is a few minutes walk away and was great for supper. We also visited very good restaurants The Walnut Tree and The Black Bear who both serve superb food. Lots of local walks and charming towns and villages. A restful stay in a beautiful location.

Wonderful long weekend at Flagstone Cottage, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been, no car noises whatsoever and beautiful scenery. Cottage was exactly as described. We asked for the BBQ to come back out and Clare actually brought out all the outside furniture for us to use which was a nice surprise when we got back from our day trip. Our 5yo daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom and being able to have multiple baths a day (we only have a shower at home). The walk from Llanthony Priory up Hatterhall hill is amazing and the pint in the priory grounds at the end was very scenic and rewarding! Hay-On-Wye is well worth a visit, Abergavenny also.

This was a perfect place for two families to stay together - plenty of space, big kitchen with everything we needed, and beautiful surroundings. The house was very clean with everything in good working order, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Fantastic spot, and comfortable homely accomodation. Great host. Roads to get there over the last few miles are tight and littered with pot-holes. Don't bring a wide sportscar with fancy rims and you will be fine.

We loved our stay here! Very close to the Brecon Beacons where we did a sunrise hike up Pen Y Fan and we did the four falls trail too. The air b and b itself was glamping but to another level! Everything was so thought through and the facilities were amazing. We wish we booked 1 extra night and were so sad to leave! Laura is such a welcoming hosts and has very good communication, would love to stay here again.

There were four of us, all adults who used the accommodation for two nights for a local running event. Perfect for the four of us. Would suit up to 5 adults and 1 child. Utility room very useful for those who are into out door sports, washing machine excellent. Downstairs perfect for a group, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Quite and beautiful views, off the beaten track; the main town is about a 20-25 minutes drive and the roads fairly narrow, takes longer in the dark and fog/mist. This suited us, but make sure you take provisions. There's a well stocked Co-op in Crickhowell. We ran the Black Mountains nearby and I absolutely loved the area, remote and perfect for our 20 and 40 mile running event. Would highly recommend and Hannah was welcoming, and communicated quickly.

From the moment we booked communication was amazing. Upon arrival was made to feel at home with a little welcome package. Was amazing holiday. The only negative which couldn’t be helped was no hot water though he really did try and get this sorted. He kept us up to date with the repairs and even though wasn’t sorted we had the most amazing time some things you can’t help and can’t foresee happening. Was one of the best places to get together as a family and to just relax and enjoy time together. Thank you dan for being amazing your home is stunning and really is well loved.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful few nights at in the Dragonfly Den. Waking up every morning to the alpacas and the view of the reservoir was so peaceful. We did one of the waterfall walks when we were there, which you can get to on foot. Also the property is situated within 5 minutes drive of the car park to the Horseshoe route of Pen Y Fan, so it’s super ideal for walkers! Also recommend The Red Cow down the road, only a 50 minute walk away (5 minute drive), lovely homey feel! We will definitely be returning! Thank-you for having us!

What a wonderful stay. Matthew and Lowrie have done a fantastic job with the cottage. Really well appointed, modern, yet with a homely country cottage feeling. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing stay and Ideal if you're an active outdoors type. We are already planning our next visit.

We had a lovely time at Cradoc. Liz is the most caring host & everything in the accommodation is geared towards you having a memorable, comfortable time. The golf club is a trolley push, which is uphill, or a car drive...possibly without getting into fourth gear! The Range is good & the Pro is the most personable, helpful person you will find. The kitchen is not always open at the Club so best check beforehand. The Course is ideal for either beginners or stalwart golfers & is impeccably kept with all credit to the Groundsmen. The Airbnb has a small double bed but alongside is another pull out bed which is equally as comfortable....we're both used to Superking bed but found the arrangement absolutely fine. A short drive into Brecon....not far from Hay on Wye either. Liz & Ian are very amenable, friendly people & they will guarantee your stay to be ideal. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had a fantastic few days at the Byre, beautiful location with short drives to local villages which was perfect for us! Accommodation was excellent, exactly as pictured and described, well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. We chose the right time of year to visit as got to help feed the lambs with Sam and family. Such great hosts, I can imagine we will be back again soon!

A lovely place to stay that was peaceful. Sharon was very quick to reply to any messages that we sent. A lovely location and we enjoyed a nice circular walk to see some castles. Will be going back. The OS wallpaper was a particular highlight for me.

The place was perfect for a relaxing few days. It’s well equipped, clean, and comfortable, with excellent views over the surrounding countryside.

Katy’s place was charming and cosy. We requested breakfast items as well and the food was delicious and wholesome. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfy. It made for an easy base for walks, a trip to Hay-on-Wye and chilled reading/relaxing. Would love to return!

Great place for exploring the Brecon Beacons. Short driving distance to local shops. Amazing place overall. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

What a wonderful place to stay. Rhiannon ensured that she communicated where the property was. The hut was very clean with everything you needed with special touches added. Rhiannon came to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful place to stay.

One of the best self catering places that we have ever stayed at before! Fantastic location, so peaceful. We both loved the games room, the walks along the canal, the chickens walking up to our windows, free logs for the wonderful wood burning stove and a 1100 check out! Neil and Jim provided communicated really well and were on hand if you needed them. We will definitely like to return again soon!
