Great stay for a family occasion. Also perfect for walkers, cyclists and for the climbing centre.

We came here for Easter weekend and had a wonderful time! The place is absolutely perfect for a family or small group of friends. My daughter loved the gardens and looking at the chickens next door, the kitchen was super well equipped, the house is super cosy for a nice movie by the fire and Julie was a very helpful and friendly host. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. It's also only about 30 minutes' drive to Cardiff and 25 minutes drive to other attractions like St Fagan's Museum, so it's ideal if you're looking to explore the area. There's a great pub across the road too.

Craig has to be the best host I've stayed with. he was amazingly helpful and such a friendly and down to earth guy. had us feel so welcome and at home. I will be going back again for sure. thank you Craig

I must say this is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in! There was nothing not to like. Everything needed was there. it was very clean, the whole house was spotless. Decorated to a high standard. The bedrooms are big and the beds comfortable. We felt at home here and were sad to leave! Our stay really was so special and we can't wait to return.

Sarah was very responsive and flexible in catering for our changing requirements Overall Sarah was exemplary

Fab place in a great location for walking the hills

This place is beautiful. The decor is outstanding and extremely clean. The photos don’t do it justice. Thank you so much for the lovely welcome pack. So thoughtful. We visit Ebbw Vale a lot and I hope we will Be able to stay again. I was very sad to leave. Thank you so much for being great hosts 😊

We had a wonderful stay :) very nice, modern and spacious apartment above the pub. If you like to spend the evening with a pint after a long hike that's a place for you :) Good starting point for road trips and only 30min drive to Cardiff :)

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Poppy's pad for two nights as we had a wedding to go to not far from the accommodation. On arrival the place is lovely with a canal behind for a nice walk. check in was Easy and Jason was on hand for queries . Poppy's pad is above a pub so if you don't mind the sound of the band playing downstairs you will be fine. we didn't plan on going out so had the balcony doors open and listened from upstairs in our pjs. one criticism was the entrance to Poppy's place has a private door. I think connected to the pub . we were woken both mornings by doors slamming loudly. Think maybe a sign on door so the pub staff no that it's being occupied or maybe would be a bit quieter. but that's the pubs problem, nothing to do with the accommodation. Had a really nice stay, beautiful views from windows , comfy bed and everything you could need for a nice stay. Even had milk bread butter provided. Thanks would stay again.

David's place was great for our quick overnight visit to see family. the flat is very well looked after and clean , David was also very responsive to any questions I had for him was certainly one of the better air bnb experiences we have had and would definitely return in the future and recommend to others

Lovely flat. Very comfortable and well kept. Extra bedding, pillows and blankets/throws and although we didn't need it for our stay as it was a lovely ambient temperature, heating could be controlled. Very clean and fresh. Easy, private access with parking right outside and there is a one stop shop across the road. Although it's attached to the pub, it was very quiet. Host Julia was very quick to respond and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely visit again!

Clean and plenty of space. Looked just like the pictures. Tony was helpful with concise information, from entry and key pickup to free parking. We were working in Cardiff so it was a 40 minute drive for us and we only stayed one night, so didn't get chance to look around too much.

Tony’s place was absolutely perfect. Communication was spot on, quick and easy going. Instructions to get in couldn’t have been a smoother. The actual apartment smelt lovely and was spotless. With tea and coffee facilities. The location of the apartment was also perfect for walking to the bay, town and the Utilita Arena, which was the purpose of our visit. Can highly recommend.

Although it’s a while since I last stayed here it still has high standards. Every aspect needed is carefully executed and available. From comfort to cleanliness, peaceful to friendly, solitude to accessibility. From walking on the beach to catching a bus into Weston, this apartment has it all and more. For me it’s just perfect 👌

We had a great stay here this weekend! Clear instructions sent before our stay, great communication and couldn’t do more for us. Location was spot on, parking outside and house was as described. Moseem’s communication was incredible, offered us a later check out time and kept checking that all the as okay with our stay. 5 out of 5 from us

The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and everything just as described. It's an easy walk into the town centre with its many shops, eating places and, of course, the castle (highly recommended). We'd definitely like to stay again soon.

Great unit. So good to be able to walk to parks, etc. Handy mini-mart downstairs, but close to a couple of other supermarkets for your supplies. Bring your own milk and washing machine detergent, and pegs. Unit faces busy, noisy main road. Would happily stay again though, if it was a back unit.

the photos do not give the property justice it really is a stunning property and you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their properties. a lot of care and attention to detail. always responsive and location perfect for what we needed. parking was not issue and we stress about that but no need here. squeaky clean and spotless with great facilities. everything you would need as a home from home. located in the quieter end of the sea front which offered peace from main town. beds were very comfortable and thr shower was excellent. the theme of the property worked really well and was nicely done. would visit here again without hesitation and have become very intrigued by the other properties to see what he has done. the ciders were greatly received!

Absolutely superb location. Easter weekend stay and we needed to go to House of Sport and Utilita Arena and also wanted to visit the Bay and Castle. Parked the car in free parking space right outside the door following great communication from Ben and then never had to move it again all weekend. Everything within a sensible walking distance. Also Tesco express and choice of restaurants within 2 minutes. Flat was comfortable and clean with all you could need or want. Would recommend very highly

Kevin is a great host and his place is lovely, well facilitated and in extremely convenient location. The surroundings provide all you need whether it’s a good restaurant, shopping or market visit. Kevin is very helpful and accommodating to allow us to have an early check in, which are very helpful for us to settle in right away. He is friendly, helpful, proactive and thoughtful in the provisions in the house, the kitchen and the bathroom. It’s one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in.
