the host is very responsive and great. they have provided a lot of things for us and frequently message us to check if we are fine. the house is huge and spacious and with complete amenities. would be visiting again.

Phil and Jane were wonderful hosts. Their villa was absolutely stunning. The beach was beautiful and it was a short walk from the villa. My family and I had a great time here. I would definitely recommend this place!

It's my third time going back to this place and still very satisfied. The place offers privacy and peacefulness that can only be brought by the calming white noise of the waves. Though I've felt already at home for being here a few times already, Manang Tess was always attentive and always offered help for anything we needed. Looking forward to spend another getaway in this place.

We especially appreciated his understanding and flexibility when we required a later check-out due to a family emergency. The house offered a peaceful atmosphere, and we found it to be a suitable base for our time in the city. We would recommend this property to others seeking a reliable and well-managed place to stay.

Very peaceful and kid friendly place. The beach access was awesome, it is a rocky area but nice to just walk to the beach. Check in was easy and they explained what is the expectation in keeping the house maintained. We would recommend this place to families who has little kids.

The cottage is situated in a secluded area. It offers a quiet sanctuary for families who want to take some time off from the city. There are many trees and ornamental plants. The view of the beach is spectacular. The staff are courteous and honest. We enjoyed their story about the place, how the entire property was once a beach resort some decade ago. You can feel their love for the place with the way they talk about it. Fish bought from the nearby talipapa and cooked by the staff was really good, my kids devoured them. At night, when the tides are high, you can hear loud rumbling sounds of the waves, occasionally reverberating throughout the house.

Nice and interesting place with some nice views from the rooftop deck. The A/C units and the hot water in the shower work great. Felt great to have a real hot shower. Peter is a great host. He is very helpful, friendly, professional and responsive.

The place was clean and spacious. It was peaceful. I can say that the place was a complete package for its price. It is highly recommended to stay here.
