Renta de condominios vacacionales en Cagliari

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Monolocale curato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario dalla biancheria agli utensili per la cucina. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale. Host molto disponibile e precisa. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un palazzo storico nel centro, affaccia su una via pedonale che offre molti locali. Per salire all'appartamento c'è una rampa di scale direttamente dal portone di ingresso che potrebbe essere difficoltosa per persone con scarsa deambulazione. Esperienza molto positiva!

Spatious, close to a shopping centre, short walk to the city centre. Comfortable parking.

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

L’appartement de Stefano était parfait pour notre séjour de 3 nuits. La gare est à 5 minutes à pieds (le train arrive en 10 minutes de l’aéroport). La situation est très centrale, mais aussi très calme, dans une petite rue. Tout était parfait, l’arrivée autonome, les instructions, la gentillesse de Stefano et ses recommandations, la propreté, et surtout la conception de l’appartement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci !

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Casa in posizione strategica vicina al centro ed al porto turistico, comoda per spostarsi anche a piedi. Proprietario ospitale e gentile, appartamento curato. Grazie Francesco per averci ospitati!

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich persönlich von Maria empfangen und verabschiedet. Die Lage war klasse. Kurze Wege in den Ort und zu den Stränden. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Sogar Schirm und Stühle für den Strand waren vorhanden. Wir werden diese Wohnung gerne wieder mieten, wenn wir wider auf Sardinien sind. Danke Maria.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement moderne, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Idéalement situé à Cagliari, il est à deux pas du front de mer, de la vieille ville et de la gare, ce qui le rend très pratique pour explorer la ville. L’appartement était impeccable et offrait tout le confort nécessaire.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Cagliari, het appartement was top in orde en Renata heeft ons allerlei tips en tricks gegeven voor in de buurt. Een super fijne host en zeker een aanrader!

Zona centrale di Cagliari, facile per spostarsi a piedi, appartamento veramente curato e ricco di ogni comfort. Zona piena di ristoranti e locali, comunque tranquilla. Unico neo il parcheggio della stazione che si trova lì vicino, dove lasciare l’auto, gestito da un ente che ruba veramente i soldi, per il periodo di soggiorno ho speso quasi più di parcheggio che alloggio. Per il resto lo riprenderemo a occhi chiusi.

Ho alloggiato a casa di Corrado con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone di cui 2 ragazzini e 1 bambino. Casa favolosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, dotata di tantissimi confort e con piacevolissimo spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare nella calma del luogo, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Sud Sardegna e il suo bellissimo litorale. Sicuramente torneremo in questa zona e da Corrado, persona fantastica sempre pronta ad aiutare e davvero ospitale. Grazie!!!

Siamo stati in 4 nell'appartamento di Anna abbastanza comodi. Anna è ottima, sempre disponibile e molto gentile ! L'appartamento è molto centrale, luminoso e comodo. Ci siamo trovati troppo bene per una settimana. I recommend totally ! :) grazie, Anna !

Die Anlage und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie. Traumhafte Strände, auch Cagliari ist gut erreichbar, eine ruhige und saubere Wohnanlage mit großen Balkons in verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen, sodass man immer je nach Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten genießen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch auch für ganz kleine Gäste :-) Vincent ist sehr gut erreichbar und war immer ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Simonetta est une hôte accueillante et à l'écoute. Le logement est très propre et offre une vue magnifique. Il est bien équipé et bien situé. Proche des plages. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr gut gelegen. Nahe zur Stadtzentrum. Pool mit schönem Ausblick. Alessandro immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in Patrizia’s Apartment. Unsere Ankunft war am Abend, weshalb wir erstmal von dem vermeintlich verlassenen Hotelkomplex mitten in der Natur überrascht waren. Doch das Apartment von Patrizia ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Die Umgebung ist ein absoluter Traum für Strandliebhaber und Freunde der Natur. Mit dem Auto ist die Umgebung sehr gut zu erkunden und man erreicht viele sehr schöne und ruhige Strände. Da wir nach der Hauptsaison dort waren, war der Hotelkomplex wenig besucht. Wir hatten den Pool fast für uns alleine und es war sehr ruhig und entspannend. Jeden Abend konnten wir den atemberaubenden Ausblick direkt aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist für jeden zu empfehlen, der ruhige Tage in der Natur und am Meer genießen und dabei gleichzeitig in einem schönen gemütlichen Zuhause wohnen möchte. Empfehlung!!!

Went for a quick weekend trip with some friends! Had the absolutely best time thanks to Marwan! Absolutely stunning place and great area! So much to when you’re just chilling around the apartment!! So clean and organized! Also Marwan was an amazing host who was so flexible and great setting us in!! Would come back every year!!!

The property was comfortable (the bed is very comfy) and well equipped, and the outdoor space is lovely. We had a great time in Villasimius, there are several restaurants and bars a short 10 minute walk away in the town centre. If you rent a car, there is a really good selection of amazing beaches which were some of the best I have been to in Europe. Giorgio (Anna Maria's son) was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay and is a natural host. Just be mindful that the pool opens on June 15th for the season (on the listing it says June - September so this wasn't clear), we stayed the first week of June and it wasn't open which was a little disappointing but nonetheless, we had a lovely time.
