Most of the time with AirBnBs you have to "make do" - That wasn't the case with Majid's place. Everything we possibly needed was there or accessible for us. It really made a daunting first trip with our kid so much smoother. Location is perfect, the amenities are top tier, we felt very safe and the property is absolutely gorgeous and secluded. We will absolutely stay here again when we inevitably return to the island.

What an incredible place to stay! Long Bay beach was the most beautiful beach on the island and with such a short walk (literally across the road) to get there, it couldn’t have been more perfect! We did have a car during our stay and I would say that is a must.

Place was exactly as advertised. Super quiet and peaceful. Good linens. Perhaps fix the lights in the fridge. And a larger coffee pot would be nice. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

The studio was just the right size for me and my wife. The path to the beach is close to the front entrance. If you are looking for a quiet spot on the beach to sit back and relax, this is the place. We had a good choice of beach chairs and an umbrella. Long Beach was wonderful and would definitely come back again.

SunSeaSand was everything and more! Sun was always shining, Sea was always smiling and Sand was always plentiful. This quaint resort was very peaceful while enjoying the warm breezes on our private patio. Enjoyed many sunsets on the top patio and later gazed upon the Long Bay evening lights. Did not miss being right on the beach since it was a quick walk to the ocean. Loved the bikes, stocked beach chairs & umbrellas. Our one bedroom place was very clean with a super comfy king bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed many evenings just staying in & grilling on our private deck. After spending our days at the beach and showering off the sand, we enjoyed refreshing swims in the pool just steps from our room. The property assistant Joseph was always helpful, kind and super friendly without being intrusive. We are counting down the days until we return!

Great place to stay while visiting beautiful Turks and Caicos! Good communication with our host, easy to access and clean, well equipped accommodation for two. We especially enjoyed having access to beach umbrella and chairs that made regular beach outings even more pleasurable! The unit is in a quiet neighbourhood close to several beaches. A car is necessary for getting around the island or stopping in at grocery stores and restaurants. Really enjoyable stay!

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break and it was amazing! Tamika was very responsive and answered all of our questions about grace bay. We also chose not to rent a car and walked over to grace bay everyday. It is a good 30-40 minute walk but was definitely doable and a pretty walk. Place was clean and also easy to get in/out of. Thanks Tamika for a great stay!

We do loved staying with Sian and JJ. The location was great - quiet with lots of privacy by close to Sunset beach and "downtown". We rented a car and drove all over the island exploring but , in our opinion, sunset beach was the best! Beautiful clear water, powder sand, not a lot of people: just the sounds of the surf and the breeze. W also did a lot of research on grocery stores - and even went to the large IGA by the airport - but the Grace's Gourmet was the best quality, selection, and was the most convenient. Bonus: Great running! Very flat. You can ti n left going out and go all the way down to Hemingway's before turning around. This way you'll run into lots of happy runners who will great you. You can also go to the right - take a left right after the school and cross the bridge. This will take you to the marina. Fair warning, though: the earlier you go out the better. Summing up: place was fantastic and Sian and JJ taught us so much about the history of T&C.
