This is a wonderful place to stay. Bong is a gracious and friendly host. We felt right at home and can warmly recommend his house to other guests.

Gavin's place was nested in a really nice and peaceful area. Lots of wildlife around, including pademelons, musky rat-kangaroos and beautiful bird calls. Gavin was a very enthusiastic and friendly host. Made us feel at home and happy to chat, and showed us around town as well.

We absolutely loved our stay ! Nic and Rob are such a lovely friendly couple and their home is stunningly beautiful. We loved Monti their dog such a sweetheart. We had our own private entrance with fabulous outside kitchen and seating area overlooking the gorgeous gardens and swimming pool. The bed was very comfy with pristine linen and there is a great shower. Nic and Rob very kindly left us cereal, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, thank you so much, together with tea, coffee and milk. This was so welcome as we arrived late in the evening. The location was perfect literally 10 minutes walk to Smithfield Shopping Centre where there are two large supermarkets Cole’s and Woolworths and where you can catch the bus into Cairns one way or beautiful Palm Cove beach the other way. The fare is only 25 cents for any journey ! And the service is so quick and efficient. We were in Cairns within 20 minutes. There is so much to do and see in and around Cairns. Lara was an exceptional host. She was always very helpful and happy but not overbearing. The room was very clean and you had use of the pool on the property. Overall I would recommend this property to other people. You will need a car as it is a little out of the way.

Bonita’s warmth and hospitality were outstanding. Along with her husband, they assisted us by driving us to the airport for car rental, tending to my son’s sunburn with after-sun gel, and helping with various tasks like fruit cutting. The breakfast they prepared was not only delicious but enjoyed in her backyard, facing the sea – a truly delightful experience. I highly recommend their hospitality.

My stay with Deszi was not planned but I couldn’t be happier that my plans changed and I ended up at her house. She’s such a kind and lovely person and will go out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. Not only did she offered to pick me up a couple of times, she’s very nice to talk to and made my stay in Cairns even better. I’m really glad that I was able to stay at her lovely place and got to meet her.

Karin is a wonderful hostess... when we arrived the fridge was stocked with milk, butter, fruit - she had supplied everything needed for breakfast. I had seen comments to this effect from Karin herself and in reviews by other guests but it was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome.

Very comfortable accommodation and the pool was a huge hit. Margie was very friendly and helpful.

This was the last airbnb of our 5 week Australia holiday and definitely up there with our favourites. It has so much. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, great views, a plunge pool and a bbq. Luke was a great host and made some great suggestions as to what to do. Getting into cairns by car was easy if you are going diving or doing other tours and you had a head start if you are visiting port Douglas or cape tribulation. A really peaceful and lovely location.

Jenni & Danny were perfect hosts. They were friendly & approachable. The accommodation was great, clean & the location was close to the Esplanade & station. Would definitely return & recommend to others.

I have never felt so at home & comfortable in an Airbnb than in Ute & Peters Airbnb. With this came great hospitality & service. They were very quick to always answer any questions. This home away from home was so warm, cozy & comfortable for me. I felt safe with my own parking right in front of me as well as security cameras. There were cleaning products at hand, full pantry which was so convenient & if I didn't have a wedding to go to I would've made time to join them for a coffee that they invited me out to. Who does that? They do. Peter also came through with notice to deliver a bath mat he forgot about. Internet & smart TV with all apps were available. The bathroom, kitchen & laundry had everything you needed. Out of all the hotels, accommodation & Airbnb's I've been to, this was the best for me. Thank you so much Ute & Peter. I hope to always come through with them in future & have already recommended them to my family.

A nice house where you will feel at home. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Peaceful surrounding. I simply enjoyed my time there.

Tamara was such a nice host! Very responsive and friendly❤️ We enjoyed our stay in Carins so much!! Highly recommend this place, perfect location to reach the centre of the city (15minutes walk) Clean bathroom and cozy room. Will like to stay with Tamara again when we visit Cairns again

A rainforest retreat is how I see Melissa's. We loved the lounge room outside, it was comfortable and cool. Outside is a beautiful area. The bed was comfortable and we had all that we needed.

Phenomenal! Beautiful location, wonderful hosts, peaceful - an oasis from the go, go, go. Edge Hill is easy to get around and close to inner city Cairns. Julie went above and beyond. She picked me up at airport, drop me off and picked me up from a day trip, and dropped me at airport. Definitely super host and I didn't want to leave. And the pool! A fantastic place and highly recommend!!

Julie’s place was absolutely spotless and provided a safe, comfortable haven for our Christmas stay. The location was wonderfully quiet and perfectly dark at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight, featuring delicious tropical fruits. This is the best BnB I have stayed in due to its exceptional cleanliness and the host’s effective communication. Highly recommend staying here!

Stunning separate bungalow with beautiful bedroom and bathroom....in a Botanical Garden with more than 600 plants....just an oasis!.... Also loved the yummy breakfasts with baguette from Le Crouton. Thank you for the lovely chats early in the morning and for cleaning during 4-day stay and water.

A magical space in a magical setting. We absolutely loved our time here and cannot wait to get back. Pam and John are exceptional hosts. We couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you for a truly fantastic experience.
