Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Cala Suaraccia

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern in der Doppelhaushälfte verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Pinienwald und warmer Außendusche waren unser Highlight. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Wohnsiedlung mit netten Nachbarn nebenan. Die zwei Betten unter dem Dach erreicht man über eine steile Treppe mit Geländer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine war super. Die Fliegengitter vor allen Türen&Fenstern sind prima. So konnten wir nachts kühl schlafen. Der nahe gelegene Strand war im Oktober größtenteils mit Seegras bedeckt. Für Spaziergänge und tolle Ausblicke aber dennoch wunderschön. Marco war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die liebe Putzfrau hat uns noch Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und extra Badehandtücher. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben wegen des späten Rückflugs. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir behalten unseren Sardinienurlaub in bester Erinnerung!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

Un très bel endroit dans un cadre privilégié. Un hôte toujours disponible et réactif. Une très belle prestation.

Ik kan de woning van Stella en Antonio van harte aanbevelen. Wij waren er in het laagseizoen/half maart, waardoor het heerlijk rustig was in de omgeving en op de stranden. Nadeel was dat de drie supermarkten in het dorpje en bijna alle horeca nog gesloten waren, maar op een kwartiertje rijden in Orosei kun je voor alles terecht

Amazing location, the house is much better than what was shown in the pictures. Golfo Aranci is just the perfect combination of peace and tranquility and at the same time close enough to everything that you might want in Costa Esmeralda. We are definitely going back.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment verbracht, insgesamt waren wir vier Erwachsene und vier kleine Kinder. Das Apartment liegt im Souterrain, sodass es leider ziemlich dunkel war. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles war unglaublich sauber. Die Lage ist genial, man ist zu Fuß fast sofort am Golf von Orosei, der nächste Supermarkt ist drei Kilometer entfernt und sehr gut sortiert. Kommuniziert haben wir vor Ort ausschließlich mit Maurizio, der zu jeder Tageszeit für uns erreichbar war und alle Fragen und Probleme sofort beantworten bzw. lösen konnte. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der neuen Pumpe, sodass wir ihn des Öfteren kontaktieren mussten. Aber ehrlich: Er hat es super gemanagt und wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Garten. Zu Fuß war man in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wer zum Kitesurfen oder Wind-/Wingsurfen kommt, hat es sehr nah zu den entsprechenden Spots. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Parken kann man problemlos vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

L’appartement était très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La terrasse est toujours fraîche et prodigue un espace ombragé en cas de fortes chaleurs. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de mettre la climatisation, juste le ventilateur était suffisant. L’appartement n’est pas neuf mais est en très bon état d’entretien: Propre et bien rangé. L’accueil des hôtes était amicale. Nous avons été accueillis avec des bouteilles d’eau fraîches et des petits jus pour les enfants par les propriétaires. Budoni est une ville animée avec quelques activités le soirs pour les familles, très chouette. Il ne fait pas spécialement calme le soir, c’est une ville animée et bruyante la nuit, nous entendions la musique jusqu’à tard mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. L’appartement est à 2-3min à pied d’une jolie plage, propre et familiale, celle-ci n’est pas trop bondée et est donc facile de s’y rendre et d’y passer la journée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille! Merci!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

Luigi is an amazing host! We had to find a new apartment in a very short notice and Luigi helped us out! Only 2 hours after our booking we were able to check-in and we found a really nice and modern apartment. We spend 4 days in Luigi’s apartment and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the terrace, the proximity to Palau center and the pool. All in all, we can highly recommend to stay here!

What a truly wonderful home to make your own and enjoy Palau and surrounding areas.We had a fantastic time and Sara’s responsiveness and kindness was fantastic from beginning to end.We cannot recommend this place and area enough!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer hübschen Siedlung. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Man sieht direkt auf die Bucht. Es ist wunderbar ruhig (Herbst). Unterhalb befindet sich ein Steg von dem man ins Meer kann. Die Wohnung ist angenehm und bietet ausreichend Platz.

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Det har været pragtfuldt sted. Der er tænkt på alt, for at gøre opholdet rart og dejligt. Det er de små ting der tæller.

La casa ha una posizione eccezionale, letteralmente da sogno: si affaccia su un magnifico giardino ombreggiato da alte piante, in fondo al giardino si apre un cancello che dà su una caletta riparata di una bellezza commovente. Ripartiremmo domani!! Fulvia è di estrema gentilezza, accogliente, disponibile e pronta a fornire ogni tipo di indicazione. La casa è ampia, abbiamo amato il barbecue gigante e la possibilità di mangiare all’esterno. Tutto stupendo!!

L'appartement est de grande qualité. Trois jolies chambres, propres et bien décorées. Séjour agréable et lumineux. Deux terrasses qui donnent sur la baie. Lieu ultra calme. Place de parc dispo juste en dessous du logement. Proche des plages uniques (5 minutes à pied, d'autres à 7 et 10 minutes en voiture). Supermarchés à 7 minutes. Infos claires et fournies de la part de notre hôte. Porto Rafael est hors du temps.

Our family (2 adults and our 7 year old) had a wonderful stay. Antonella was lovely at check in. She set us up with a beach umbrella and beach towels and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. There was an issue with a key and she and Giovanni came to help us right away. The house was exactly as described online. We felt right at home there and spent many relaxing evenings on the rooftop terrace after long days at the beach. The A/C was perfect and necessary mid July. It is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at and we would definitely come back!

Myself, my wife and our 2 daughters (13 & 5) had a great week here. Hiring a car made getting to Palau easy enough and the property was exactly as we expected it. Quite close to the ferry dock so a little bit of traffic and noise but nothing to be concerned about, the main plus and the reason we chose this property was that all the bars and restaurants Palau had to offer were within easy walking distance. This meant we could be out and about seeing the sights and beautiful beaches of Sardinia in the day and relax at night without having to drive. Sylvia and Francesco (El Capitan) were great hosts and arranged a day trip on their boat for us on one of the days. I think others have put it on their reviews and I would confirm that this is definitely a highlight of the holiday for us. Getting on the ocean and seeing the beautiful islands and swimming in the sea was incredible, and so much nicer than being on a large commercial boat. Overall, great holiday, great location & great hosts

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

This place is PURE beauty. We loved it. I am very tempted to not tell anyone about this place as I would like to have all to myself :D But I ama afraid I have to and also take all my friends here. Really, this is such a perfect place.

Mega tolle Wohnung. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben unsere nächste Unterkunft storniert und den Aufenthalt verlängert. Wir nannten es Peter Pan Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind: kein Wlan, viele private Gegenstände vom Gastgeber vor Ort und untransparente Preispolitik. Es wird nicht wie bei anderen Airbnbs pro Appartment verrechnet sondern pro Gast. Ansonsten die Wohnung der Hammer!
