As advertised, great location, close to the beach and a short walk to local cafes! Amazing ocean view.

It was great, just like in the pictures! Nice neighborhood, just a few meter to the beach. We enjoyed the space a lot, especially the outside for the kids to play and fireplace to hang out in the evening. The kids enjoyed the boardgames and we got to use the LP player :) hope to be back some time! Parking was usually available right in front, Friday evening we parked close-by on the other side of the block.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

My family had a great time here. It was more of a place to just sleep, but it very much met the needs. The garage was very small for even a smaller suv, but it did have parking so that is a huge bonus. Loved it was close to the beach. Host was super responsive and helpful.

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Great beach location, very spacious, two private parking spots and walkable to everything in Seal Beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The building is a work-in-progress. The amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are definitely older but everything worked and what was nice were the bed linens and towel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a laundry room with W/D. Fun family place or for 3 couples!

We loved this house!!! It's fun and interesting, lots of room for family. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms comfortable and well decorated (not Ikea). The beach is so close as is the town of Seal Beach-great location. Susan was the perfect host, very good communication. We can't wait to plan another stay.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Melodys plqce is a great location. The views are fantastic we even saw dolphins sitting in the patio. Host is very responsive and communicative.

Excellent location with walking distance to the marina and great restaurants.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location

Great place to stay in Malibu. The heated pool is perfect even on a cloudy day in winter. The electric heaters in the patio are a nice touch. The steam sauna is relaxing. Road noise is minimal at least in the west bedroom. Laundry in basement is useful and you can pay for it using an app, don’t need coins ( though that’s an option). Highly recommended overall.

We had a great stay, the house was as described and very comfortable for our large family. A short drive (or longer walk) to many restaurants, bars, etc Great host.

We had a great time at this beach location- very walkable with a cute beach cafe close by! We did not have a car but we walked to the pier and Uber was very accessible for other adventures. Looking forward to escaping the snow again.

The location is great and the ocean view from the balcony and living room was my absolute favorite part. The bed and couch were comfortable and the place was clean and quiet.

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

The house is beautiful! The furnishings, fixtures & decor are really well done. The beds were comfortable, & we had lots of room to spread out, but also gather together. There are great places to sit and visit or read a book, and we really enjoyed the putting green in the back yard & the ping pong table in the garage. The beach access is literally across the street, and walking down to shop or grab Holey Grail Donuts was easy & fun.

We celebrated my daughter’s Long Beach wedding weekend here and it could not have been more perfect. Spacious and calming environment was excellent for hosting a family dinner and locale for bridal party hair, make up and brunch prior yo the wedding. Four bedrooms and four baths handled the bride, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and 6 attendant that day with a crew of 3 hair/make up artists. Thank you for this beautiful property!

This house is such a gem and the hosts were fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house is bright and charming, and though there were some quirks (like with the hot water), the hosts were so incredibly responsive and resolved the minor hiccups. Other reviews mentioned the slight noise from PCH, the sparse kitchen and no TV -- that's all true so if those are important to you, this might not be your place... but if you want peaceful home that is cozy and feels like an oasis and a short walk to a stunning quiet beach, this is your spot. I can't say enough good things. It really felt like home away from home, and I was grateful to be here.
