this place is exactly how shown in pics , though it is around 1.5 KMs away from the beach area but little secluded so you get the peaceful vibe and standing in balcony greew view is amazing.

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I had an incredible 3-day stay at Vallabh's place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sea-facing 4BHK apartment at Dona Paula was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony – the perfect spot for morning tea or watching the sunset. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts of home. Each room was well-equipped with cozy beds, air conditioning, and ample space for relaxation. The living area was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the lockbox system was extremely convenient. Siddharth was an exceptional caretaker, always responsive and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Moreover, the host were very helpful, and available always. It was a good stay over there. Haven't faced any issues because of their pro active responses to our concerns. They allowed us to do early check in as well.

Its an amazing luxury villa with 6 bedrooms. It was like cherry on the cake on my recent trip to Goa. The caretakers were very helpful and supportive. I had awesome experience staying in the property. Property had pool and jacuzzi and they were well maintained and extreme fun to use. My kid loved it. Location is great as it is near to market and also beach is hardly 400 mtrs away. Meticulously decorated rooms and glasshouse dining was next level experience. The host were accommodating throughout the stay. I have been to various Airbnb in the past. This is so far the best. Location, amenities, vicinity to beach and markets, everything is top notch. We would highly recommend everyone to stay at the property if they are in Candolim. Looking forward to stay again and thank you for making our stay memorable. Great place to stay !!

The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. Every staff were very approachable and available whenever required for cleaning, admin assistance etc. Well maintained property with luxury, privacy, clean and close to beach

The property is exactly as shown in pics. Advay is a nice host and ready to help. The check-in was smooth. The apartment is walking distance from the main road in a peaceful neighborhood. It is ideal for couples and can accommodate upto 4 people. It has all the required amenities. The Swimming pool is wonderful. However it closes at 7PM. It would have been great if the timing is extended. Overall a good value for money stay. I will definitely look forward to staying here on my next visit to Goa.

Amazing place and very good staff.

It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for their visit. They truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. My family came to Henry's place after spending 2 weeks in Delhi. This being their first time in India, this peaceful beach home was exactly what they needed. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. The house is located just steps away from a surprisingly quiet part of Calangute beach - a detail that we welcomed given that it was high season. Tons of good places to eat are within walking distance. It was also super easy to get a cab to explore different parts of the Goan coast, even late at night. Henry was also very caring in looking out for us. My step dad fell ill with a cold early into our stay and Henry checked in regularly to make sure he had the care he needed. The house keeper, Sumitra, is also incredibly helpful and picked up after us and did our laundry (something we're definitely not used to in America). Overall I'd highly recommend Henry's place to any large group looking for a relaxing vacation.

It’s a very calm and peaceful place yet close to all the amenities around. The beach is just one jump away from the house and one window away from the room😊 it’s the best place to be in peace and serenity. Had good 8 days of stay and continued couple of days extra. They have opened a surf school also within the property which is very much helpful for Watersport enthusiast. Ashwin is a good host and he gives good recommendations around the town and nearby places. Rest everything is within 100mts distance, and enjoy the waves crashing sound in the night along with the firefly dance.
