La casa veramente accogliente spaziosa e ben fornita. La posizione è ottima un po'in collina con una brezza alla sera rinfrescante. La vista è sublime. Possibile raggiungere le spiagge più belle di Chia in pochi minuti. Fuori da ogni rumore ma vicina a tutte le necessità. La consiglio vivamente a chi vuole fare una vacanza indimenticabile.

Elisabetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die immer sehr gut erreichbar war. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir konnten ohne Probleme früher in die Unterkunft und Elisabetta hatte auch verschiedenen Getränke und eine Flasche Wein (sehr lecker) für uns bereitgestellt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man fürs Kochen braucht. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit wunderschönen Bilder eingerichtet. Uns hat der Garten mit der Außenküche und der Außendusche besonders gut gefallen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto um die schönen Strände in der Gegend zu erkunden. Gute Restaurants gibt es reichlich, die man schnell mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Sollten wir wieder in die Gegen kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder bei Elisabetta übernachten. Liebe Elisabetta, danke für alles. Liebe Grüße Christina, Rüdiger und Viola.

Spatious, clean and very well equipped house, perfectly fit to accomodate a large group like we were (4 adults and 4 kids). Good position to explore the beautiful region of Iglesias. Just note that a car is needed to reach the nearby supermarkets and town center (all within max 10 minutes). Huge and safe garden, very well cared after, where kids can roam and play freely. Adorable hosts full of little attentions (kitchen stocked up with all the basics as well as a few complimentary packs of beer and juices). Highly recommended !

Amazing sea view, large garden with many shady places to relax, spacious but cozy cottage. We especially loved that we could use four kayaks to explore the shore. One morning some dolphins came by really close (maybe 20m from the shore) and I managed to jump into a kayak in time :-) Awesome experience!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo alloggio; casa pulita e spaziosa. Eravamo in 14 amici e Stefano e Paolo sono riusciti a sistemare al meglio le camere per noi. Inoltre sono stati davvero disponibili e gentili, fornendoci un sacco di informazioni utili.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Alice. Das Haus war sehr schön, groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terrasse und der Garten waren ein Traum. Unsere 2 Kinder und unser Hund hatten total viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Wir haben sehr die Ruhe genossen und waren ganz für uns. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr großen eingezäunten Areal mit vielen Bäumen, einer Art Eukalyptus-Wald. 😉 In knapp 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der nächstgelegenen Stadt Teulada, wo es alles gibt was das Herz begehrt. Alice war eine tolle Gastgeberin und war jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und war sehr bemüht um uns. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!

Eine schöne kleine Villa mit ausreichend Platz. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten deshalb mehr als ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die Küche eignet sich zum selber kochen.

We had a great time at Liliana’s villa. The location is superb and very close to the beach and local amenities. The accommodation is very clean and well looked after and both Liliana and Ernesto were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa!

This house is the perfect spot from which to either walk or drive to a different beach (one more breath-taking than the next!) every day. The house is beautiful and clean, and the furnishings are estethically pleasing. It begs for al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners! We had a terrific time and we’re also able to experience the entertainment in the evenings at the Laguna hotel which is a convenient 2 minute walk from the house. I definitely would recommend this host and house to others!

We loved our stay at Villa Bianca and would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing break. The villa is beautiful with views over the countryside and out to the coast and Isola Pietro are incredible. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, the pool was super for cooling off and swimming with the kids, nice beds and great bbq area. The villa inside is well equipped and very clean, and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. A car is required to drive into Calasetta and Sant Antioco, also make the most of the beautiful Oasi Blu agritourismo restaurant, which is right next door to the villa! The most incredible food. Thanks to Simona and team for always being responsive and helpful.

Se cercate una vacanza all'insegna del relax assoluto e il contatto con la natura, Villa Clementina è l'ideale!! Posto veramente unico, la casa è ben attrezzata non manca veramente niente, dalla terrazza si ha un panorama mozzafiato con la vista sulla splendida spiaggia di Coaquaddus che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Intorno la splendida vegetazione di Lentisco, Mirto; Agavi (gigantesche) e fichi d'india, essendo la posizione leggermente in collina c'è sempre una buona ventilazione. La sera il rumore del mare rilassa e concilia il sonno... Al nostro arrivo siamo statti accolti da Riccardo e Naomi che sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie e addirittura ci hanno fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti del posto. La casa è ben tenuta e pulitissima, molto comoda per noi nonostante fossimo un gruppo di 7 adulti. Sinceramente siamo statti veramente bene! Consiglio di provare a soggiornare presso Villa Clementina è un'esperienza unica già mi manca...!!

Luigis Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum um zu entspannen und die Natur auf Sardinien zu genießen. Der riesige Garten mit 2 Pavillons, Hängematten und diversen anderen Gartenmöbeln schafft mehr als genug Platz, auch für größere Gruppen. Vor allem Die Outdoorduschen sind ein Traum - wir haben nur die genutzt. Aber das Highlight bleibt die maximal 1 Minute Fußweg entfernte Bucht. Das Wasser ist vergleichbar mit einem Swimmingpool und man ist größtenteils allein (die bucht ist zwar nicht privat aber sehr versteckt und meist nur von tauchern besucht, falls überhaupt). Ansonsten war alles sauber und so wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wurde. Der einzige minimale Kritikpunkt aus meiner Sicht ist, dass man den Stromverbrauch extra bezahlen muss. Das war zwar wirklich nicht teuer (7 Personen/7tage/50€). Nur sollte der meiner Meinung nach im Preis mit inbegriffen sein. Dennoch überwiegen die Positiven Punkte und würden diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch an einer ungeteerten Straße etwas außerhalb des Ortes, den man zu Fuß trotzdem noch erreichen kann. Vom Haus aus hat man durch die großen Panoramafenster und von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick über die schöne Landschaft bis zum Meer. Das Haus war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, modern und voll klimatisiert. Stephanie war stets erreichbar, die wenigen Probleme die während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgetreten sind (Ausfall von Strom und Wasserversorgung nach einem Sturm) wurden beeindruckend schnell behoben. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wir kennen das Haus ! Seit unserem letzten Besuch hat Novella die Küche umgebaut und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bad eingerichtet! Auch die verglaste Veranda hat uns vor allem am Abend gut gefallen!! Vanna die Haushälterin hat uns bei unserer Ankunft ausgezeichnet geholfen, danach war sie durch die COVID-Erkrankung ihrer Mutter gezwungen uns auf Distanz zu begleiten! Dank Vanna‘s Hilfe finden auch meine im Haus zurück gelassenen Hörgeräte noch den Zu mir zurück, ich bin ihr sehr dankbar!! Wir werden uns bei der Ferienplanung im Herbst frühzeitig an Novella wenden für eine Reservation! Tanti saluti Marcel

Que dire si ce n'est que le logement est magnifique. les plages de Porto Pino sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La communication avec Syrthe s'est très bien passé et nous avons apprécié ses recommandations forts bénéfiques. Logement mieux que les photos. On y retournera sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

We had a fantastic stay in Marie Jose's place with our two year old son. The location is great for local beaches and sights and the view is stunning from the bedrooms and front garden. Our host was friendly and very helpful recommending his favourite beaches and beautiful spots nearby, especially for our young son!

Nice villa which offers a near private experience. The space is shared with other ~10 villas but no major issues. The pool is just in front of the villa which is very convenient if you have small kids. The closest beach is okay for Sardinia’s standards, I’d recommend walking a bit farther to Su Giudeu for nicer colours and finer sand. Anthony is a great host, you can rely on him to get local tips. Nearest supermarket is okay to survive, but to pack your fridge, better going to Pula. Two downsides during my stay: 1. Cleaning was done only once during a 9-days stay; 2. Gardener routine, including the very early times to water the garden. In general, a terrific (still pricey) experience to repeat.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

Mario und Sylvia sind die Besten. Sehr nett, hilfsbereit, humorvoll… es war uns eine riesige Freude sie kennenlernen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist total gemütlich und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung. Auf der Einfahrt fährt man direkt unter einem Feigenbaum durch und hat sofort die richtige Atmosphäre. Der Garten und der Pool sind riesig, sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Unser Sohn hat im Pool sogar schwimmen gelernt und auch für unseren Hund war es das absolute Paradies. Mario und Sylvia haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen die wir alle befolgt haben. In der Nähe sind tolle Strände und Buchten. Porto Flavia ist nicht weit entfernt und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Sant Antioco und Calasetta sind schnell zu erreichen und bieten alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man braucht. (Und natürlich sind sie wunderschön)! Holt euch ein Eis und nehmt die Fähre nach Carloforte. Es lohnt sich. Es ist schwierig das in Worte zu fassen… es war der perfekte Urlaub. Danke Mario und Sylvia!!! Bis nächstes Jahr! 😍😍😍

Wir waren im Oktober mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in der Villa Floridiana. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses und die Ausstattung ist wunderbar, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf’s Meer und den Torre di Chia ist wundervoll. Wir haben uns gleich von Beginn weg sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe (5 min. mit dem Auto) liegt ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Strand (Spiaggia Dune di Campana) wo man auch Liegen inkl. Strandtücher mieten kann. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Simo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Seine Kommunikation war hervorragend. Ein grosses Dankeschön auch an Marialuisa, die uns das Haus absolut makellos übergeben hat. In der Mitte der Woche gab es nochmals einen Reinigungsservice und die Gärtner kümmerten sich um den Garten und Pool. Wir können Villa Floridiana auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
