A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Wow, what a place. Claudia's house is like a little oasis of calm with breathtaking views over Rome. We stayed with our friends with 4 little children amongst us and it couldn't have been better, the children loved playing in the ample garden and spent ages down in the little play area. The communal spaces outside were really lovely, it was just a shame the weather didn't allow us to use them as much as we would have liked! Inside, the house is spacious and great for multi-family living. Grazie mille Claudia, for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise.

Einfach nur WOW! Marco ist total freundlich. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und hat uns viele Sachen empfohlen. Die Villa ist super schön. Sehr sauber. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, haben wir das Auto genommen um nach Rom zu fahren. Je nach Verkehrslage braucht man ca. 30-40 Min ins Zentrum, für uns kein Problem. Ein Privatparkplatz ist auch verfügbar. Was soll ich sagen?! Einfach TOP! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Danke Marco

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

We had an awesome stay at Villa Fabiani! Alessio and Ilenia were super attentive and always easy to reach. The place was really clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the garden was perfect for soaking up the morning sun (plus Italian coffee!). There’s a bit of gym equipment (for cardio mainly, a treadmill and static bike), but I preferred going for a run to explore the area - even though it was pretty hilly! Loved that the house has free parking on the premises behind closed gates and two different entrances (one for the car and a nice walkable one out front). What we liked most was how genuine the experience felt. It was more of a true Italian vibe with fewer tourists and much better prices than in central Rome (though only a short drive away from it). Alessio and Ilenia were nearby if needed, but honestly, we didn’t need a thing - they had it all covered. We’ll definitely be back, grazie mille!

La Piccola Provenza è una villetta adorabile immersa nel verde. La casa è molto pulita, spaziosa ed estremamente accogliente. La cura dei dettagli impeccabile. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e accorti, hanno risposto tempestivamente durante la fase di prenotazione e check in e sono stati disponibili ma anche discreti durante il nostro soggiorno. Se mai dovremmo soggiornare di nuovo dalle loro parti sicuramente torneremo da loro, è difficile sentirsi a casa quando si è fuori ma con loro è stato così.

I visited Chalet Marmont for the second time. First, alone. This time, with my family: a baby, a child, and four adults. Both times were unforgettable. A spacious house with a backyard is a rarity in Rome, and this one has a unique decor, full of history and very well preserved. Although a car is needed to reach the historic center, it’s well worth it if you’re looking for privacy, warmth, comfort, beauty and attention to detail. The renovation they did to the place turned it into a true work of art. Additionally, you can count on the friendliness, attentiveness, and proactivity of the host, Mario. He was always available to help us with the most diverse requests. The market, just a 5-minute drive from the house, is excellent and has everything you need for great meals. It felt like the old Airbnb days, where you could experience local life and connect with real people, not just a company. Staying here is truly special.

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful spacious villa that feels very safe and secure. It’s a great spot for proximity to the Vatican however, it’s further from the centre of Rome and to other attractions than we had first thought. Meaning we spent a fair amount on Uber’s during our trip, I’m sure there are buses nearby as another option. The host was very responsive on check-in and check out and when there was an issue with the boiler meaning we had no showers for an evening it was fixed swiftly. The only real frustration we had was the additional charge of €160 to heat the pool for 2 nights, as even after agreeing to spend the money it was never warm enough to swim comfortably which was the main reason we selected this villa for the kids to be able to swim. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and loved our city break in Rome. Yours truly the Lewis’s.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La casa di Francesca e Vittorio è un paradiso a pochi km da Roma L' interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto la stanza padronale ,magnifica veranda coperta dove abbiamo goduto di colazioni indimenticabili, esterno con piscina pazzesco,vi sembrerà di essere nelle campagne londinesi. La cucina è un sogno , super attrezzata , la vista verso l' esterno al tramonto vi farà dimenticare di tutto! Consigliato per chi ama la campagna e la natura, la cagnolina Elisabetta ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la durata del soggiorno, check in flessibile, host amichevoli! grazie di tutto siamo stati benissimo!

To był bardzo udany pobyt . Fantastycznie czuliśmy się w przestrzeni domu. Jest to niesamowicie komfortowe miejsce dla dużych rodzin . Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. W okolicy jest kilka sklepów i małych rzymskich pizzerii. W pobliżu jest też bardzo dobra lokalna restauracja. Metro znajduje się w odległości kilku minut, niemniej to dom oddalony od głównych atrakcji. Nam to odpowiadało , a dłuższą podróż metrem rekompensowała spokojna dzielnica i duży dom. Na plus wygodne łóżka, ogród , tarasy z miejscem do jedzenia i odpoczynku. Zimą warto poprosić gospodarza o wcześniejsze włączenie ogrzewania , bo potrzeba trochę czasu aby nagrzać tą nieruchomość. Może to być duży plus latem, bo na pewno te mury wolniej się nagrzewają również od słońca.

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Vi boede to familier i huset med rigeligt plads til stor og små. terassen er værd at fremhæve med sin smukke udsigt. Vi nød poolen og den smukke have på forsiden af huset med endnu en flot terrasse. Køkkenet var mere end fuld udstyret - der var alt man kunne tænke sig. Francesco og familie var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og var svarede på alle vores spørgsmål meget hurtigt. En helt igennem dejlig uge i vidunderligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Området har meget at byde på. Der er rig mulighed for naturoplevelser lige om hjørnet. restaurant og Indkøb ca 3 km. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Vi var två veckor hos Rosanna med våra döttrar och fyra barnbarn. Huset är perfekt för stora familjer med sina tre lägenheter. Alla lägenheterna var mycket mysiga och bra inredda. Barnen älskade poolen som var stor och ren. Många solstolar och bra parasoller. De tyckte också om pingisbordet mycket. Vi åt alla måltider utomhus, antingen vid den trevliga matplatsen eller i soffgruppen. Vi åkte till de två sjöarna och badade samt till havet. En dag turistade vi i Rom. Allting låg inom rimligt avstånd med bil. Vi fick suoerb service av våra värdar som hjälpte oss med alkt, bla att boka en akut läkartid. Vi fick färska ägg som gåvor vi flera tillfällen och även grönsaker från trädgården. De gav oss många tips om allt möjligt och svarade väldigt snabbt på meddelanden. Riktiga toppenvärdar som gjorde vår semester oförglömlig. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in Christians wunderschönem Haus und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Der Garten und der saubere, große Pool waren natürlich das Highlight. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben Moskitonetzte und Klimaanlagen, sodass wir kühl schlafen konnten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche waren vorhanden. Christian war die ganze Zeit erreichbar und hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Sein Freund Alberto hat uns beim check in empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Er kam auch alle zwei tage, um den Pool zu überprüfen. Das Haus liegt total ruhig in mitten der Natur und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (zwar Schotterweg, aber gut zu fahren). Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses schöne Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist natürlich der Pool, der wunderschön mit Blick auf den Olivenhain liegt aber auch durch die Sonnenschirme ausreichend Schatten bietet. Dass es so viele Bäder und klimatisierte Räume gibt, macht den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wer das im Urlaub sucht, kann hier den perfekten Urlaub verbringen. Um in ein gutes Restaurant gehen zu können, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. In der näheren Umgebung sind Orvieto und der Bolsenasee sehenswert, aber auch Rom, Siena und Assisi sind für einen Tagesausflug erreichbar, wenn man die Autofahrten in Kauf nimmt. Das Einchecken ist unkompliziert und flexibel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti nella villa e siamo stati molto bene. La casa oltre a essere fantastica e immersa nel verde dispone di tutte le necessità, dagli utensili per la cucina agli asciugami per il bagno. Inoltre i guardiani sono stati gentilissimi, sempre pronti a dare una mano in qualsiasi occasione. Abbiamo passato tre giorni bellissimi in cui ci siamo divertiti parecchio ma ci siamo anche riposati. Infine l'host della casa è stato molto attento nel saper soddisfare ogni richiesta, mostrando una grande professionalità e gentilezza. Consiglio fortemente, se si vuole passare qualche giorno di relax e divertimento nel verde questo è il posto ideale.
