Great place lots of room! Will say this though. lol remember the password to the door I left my phone inside and I got locked out. So if you go outside bring your phone or memorize the code to the door.

Absolutely gorgeous place with fabulous amenities! The decor is stunning, the bathroom is spacious and modern, and the bed is comfortable. But the real star is the backyard - it is like being at a 5-star resort. The cowboy pool is also a hot tub, the sauna is great and there is an outdoor pavilion with grill. It is within a 2 minute drive to downtown Lockhart, which is the cutest town ever! (Eat at Little Trouble if you have a chance - cool speakeasy in the basement of a historic building)!

This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that. Nice place

Very peaceful, quiet escape! The bungalow was clean, bigger than the photos and had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen, hot/cold water dispenser, nature, and the sweet personal touches throughout the home. Really enjoyed the homemade toffee upon arrival. Was there for COTA and the track was only about a 20-25 minute drive. We had bad weather on our visit but still enjoyed the quiet. We had an unexpected bungalow problem that need repaired immediately and the owner took care of it well and quickly. Adorable dogs occasionally came by to say hello. Communication with Shelley is excellent. Just know this rental is very rural so take what you need. We loved it all and highly recommend it!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. The only downside was the early morning traffic noise.

Fue una gran estancia, estuvimos muy cómodos y el lugar estaba muy bonito. Solo una recomendación revisar el refrigerador ya que en las noches se percibía ruido, no afectó nuestro sueño pero si se percibe en el día y noche

My husband and I have stayed here several times and always enjoy coming back year after year for good fishing and relaxing swimming! The house is alway clean and nice and a great getaway from the city life. Love going to Blacks BBQ in Lockhart to grab a great meal every time we stay here! Jeff is a super responsive host and is a pleasure to interact with!

A friend and I needed to do a quick get away and the stay was exactly what we needed! The property was close to both the river and san marcos which allowed us to easily go to wherever we wanted. The unit its self was well decorated as we found it super adorable! Highly suggest staying here!
