Blu Lake House was a wonderful and spacious setting for our family gathering this Christmas. The views from the living room and back bedrooms over the snowy, frozen lake were magical! The kitchen was very well appointed (one of the best we have encountered!) - we easily had everything we needed to make a Christmas dinner, and more, including large pots, pans and baking trays. The house was very clean, comfortable and homely. Nadia, Gina and Joanne helped us out with a few things over the holiday period, including a replacement kettle, which we really appreciated.

Great place to visit. The home was very clean and the perfect size for us (two adults). The views were incredible, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The only "knock" I would give it was that there was not a washer and dryer, but not a big deal.

taylor was kind, responsive, the instructions were simple and the amount of work i had to do when the stay was over ( sometimes hosts can basically make you be a maid and charge a cleaning fee! ) was reasonable and chill. great stay.

I booked for one night, and had everything arranged to surprise my girlfriend for a romantic night. But I found out too late, the day of, that she had University exams that she had to attend, and couldn't join me. So, I had to cancel the booking. I gave 5 star rating, because I trusted the other reviews were accurate, even though I didn't arrive there. Looking forward, Warren, to enjoy your beautiful cottage sometime this year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided to us the home was cozy and comfortable. Kait and Troy were wonderful hosts very responsive. We would love to visit again in the summer

We had an amazing stay at Edward’s cottage! The environment was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was well-maintained and had everything we needed. Edward was an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He was also very flexible with the check-out time, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cottage experience!

Really great spot right on the beach with a beautiful view of the water and sunrise. It’s bigger than shown and just as nice as the pictures. Beds are comfy and nicely decorated. It’s right behind the Crooksy’s pub, as others mention, but you honestly feel completely private and there’s no reason for anyone to be by the house. I wouldn’t use the patio by the master bedroom since it faces the pub, but the deck in the back is where you’d want to be anyways since it faces the water. The house is clean, easy to check in, the kitchen has the basics for what you need, the bathrooms have shampoo and soap if needed, and the washer/dryer was in the basement so no noise disruption to our family. We didn’t use the basement bedroom but it’s so nice with a massive Tv. Also, the backyard is completely fenced off which was nice for our dog. Great stay and we’ll be back!

We had the best weekend stay at Cathy’s place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland the whole weekend. The home is so beautifully decorated with everything someone would need for a stay. The facilities were also amazing, with a great booking system to allow you to experience both the sauna and hot tub privately. The location is great- only a 10/15 minute drive to the Nordic centre where you can enjoy cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Cathy was so kind, accommodating and responsive the whole trip. We also got the chance to meet and talk to her at the end of our stay and she gave us such interesting information about the property! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wasaga beach and we hope to be back soon :)

Sie ist sehr individuell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sowie den schönen Bildern des Künstlerpaares eingerichtet. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Dave’s condo is really the perfect location. It was close enough to the resort that you can walk to it. Parking was not a problem. The unit was clean and tidy as seen and described. We had a fantastic weekend indeed. Would recommend this place and location. We wish to spend another time here in the future.

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we entered Haolin’s cottage, we felt like we were home. The place was spotless, the kitchen had everything you would require, and the sofa and chairs were very comfortable for lounging. It is very close to the Wasaga Nordic Centre (3.2 Kms), which has cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The wonderful Baker’s Bench is only 1.5 Kms away and a Tim Hortons is almost beside it. Coffee, sweets and outdoor sports are a heartbeat away from this beautiful cottage. We had a perfect time and will definitely be back.

Kathy’s place was perfect! Very clean and welcoming. Parking was easy, which was nice. Great views bright rooms. Bedrooms are small but beds are comfy and it was a wonderful experience. Would stay again for sure.

We had a grear stay with our friends for New Years eve and New Year day. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It's a beautiful and wonderful place to stay.

This was my third stay at Kris's Airbnb, and I’ve always appreciated the place and overall experience. The home is comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, which is why I’ve returned multiple times. The outdoor hot-tub and sauna, home layout and multiple bedrooms & bathrooms are a big plus for our family.

Wonderful stay, 2nd time going back, and will continue visiting. Very warm and welcoming couple. House was very cute with a special letter and treats upon arrival. Ice fishing was also great 👍

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

The Shell Cottage was a great place to spend our vacation. It’s close enough to the falls, but with enough distance to avoid the craziness. The view is spectacular and we got a front row seat to the aurora borealis show from 10/10/24. The house is equipped with everything you will need, and the linens and towels were clean and smelled good. The hosts are great too, very responsive and personable. I would rent this place again in the future without hesitation. We created the sweetest memories and for that we are very thankful.

Dylan's place was wonderful and looked exactly as the pictures describe. if anything, the bedrooms were actually more cozy and comfortable than the pictures showed. The open concept layout was great for our group with 6 kids under the age of 7. Dylan was responsive and helpful with all his messages. couldn't have asked for a nicer weekend and I can't wait to visit in the summer!
