absolutely gorgeous apartaments it's like a home from home everything you need in it ,great location 5min walk to old town. host is very helpful always happy to help. could not recommend this enough , very pleasant stay especially with kids.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Ramon & Fatima’s lovely Apartment. Although only a five minute walk from the Promenade, Shops, Restaurants and Bars, it is set back from the main road and you almost feel like one of the locals. The Apartment to us, was just like home from home with everything we needed and more. The large balcony and terrace was perfect, with Sun all day long and Moon and Stars at night. Ramon very kindly left us some gifts on our arrival and always replied very quickly to any questions we had. A special mention for the Bakery and Patisserie at the bottom of the road, a must visit !!! Once again, this Apartment was lovely, we didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back.

Apartment was exactly as described and in an excellent location within the town. Balcony overlooked the pool and was shielded from the wind. Silvia is an excellent host and would definitely recommend

We had a great two week holiday. The apartment was excellent, we had unexpected cleaning materials and washing powder although we had taken our own. The location was residential and very well maintained. The pool was cleaned everyday and the whole place was spotless. We had no problems with the location, a little walk to restaurants but this was not an issue, we enjoyed the exercise. We would definitely book again. Maria was very helpful when we had some issues with arrival information coming through but this was easily resolved. Thank you for a lovely holiday .

The apartment is very handy for everything the front has to offer. All the restaurants and cafes are just down the road. The accommodation is clean and tidy and has a great view of the pool and garden and the spectacular sunsets.

El alojamiento y las zonas de la urbanización son maravillosas, en general la experiencia muy completa, ¡volveremos sin duda!

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin erfolgte schnell und problemlos. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Mega schön. Trotz der Nähe des Flughafens sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka med sol och bad. Villan känns verkligen lyxig, poolen var härlig och fin utsikt över havet. Alla bekvämligheter finns och jag kan varmt rekommendera denna villa. Perfekt när man vill privat pool och bo mer privat. Isabel var väldigt hjälpsam och gav tydliga instruktioner om hur man hittar och andra saker gällande huset. Vi fick också en guide om affärer, restauranger och vad man kan göra. Är man intresserad av flygplan (plan spotting) är detta en fantastisk plats. Gångavstånd till landningsbana där man kan blicka ut över havet och se planen komma emot en. Kul upplevelse. Underbar strandpromenad och man kan ta långa promenader längs havet. Vilket vi uppskattade.

Always a pleasure to stay at Fernando home.Everything was as described both in the home and the area.lovely and quiet everyone was so nice and relaxed Water was so clear and lovely for swimming even in these winter months Fernando as always was easily reached and most helpful Will return again.

Steffi was the perfect host. The house was ideal for our long (month) stay, very well equipped and in a great quiet location with only a 15 minute walk to the great restaurants available at the Marina and market area. It was our first time away for a month and I don't think we could have chosen a more perfect place for this. With good health we certainly hope to be back again.

We loved our stay at Ignacio’s place. The location is superb, playa flamingo is 5 minutes walk in one direction. Five minutes in the opposite direction and you’re in the centre of Playa Blanca (port end) with all the shops, restaurants and bars. The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The ladies in reception were super attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The villa was perfect for 4 of us with a spacious terrace with lovely views of the sea in the distance. The pool at the bottom of the stairs from the terrace, it couldn’t be any closer!

Another fantastic stay at Javier's apartment - spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and sofa, well equipped kitchen and beautiful outside area. Javier met us at the apartment and showed how everything worked and gave recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets etc - a great host and we hope to return.

This was our fourth year in Lanzarote for the whole of February and this location near to Arricefe was the best. The house lived up to all expectations and in being able to see port traffic gave a very authentic feel to our stay. It was a clean and spacious residence and particularly private and away from heavy tourism. The sitting room was comfortable and smart TV provided easy access personal streaming accounts. We both were able to do some on line work and the internet provided good reception in the lounge.

Dear Braulio and Karen, We want to thank you for offering such an amazing accommodation for our stay. The apartment was well-equipped for a perfect, relaxing Holiday. The location and views were breathtaking. The apartment is very private and peaceful, yet a short walk away you are in the heart of the restaurants and bars.

This is really special AirBnB. We were amazed when we arrived, to find this beautiful fisherman’s hut right on the edge of the water, with stunning views of the mountains and village. The property is small, simple but beautiful, artfully and tastefully decorated and with a beautiful outdoor table for meals, morning coffee and watching the world go by. It’s a short walk to the village, and so peaceful. At high tide we swam just a few meters from the hut, spotting so many gorgeous tropical fish. At sunset we sat and watched the beautiful evening unfold. Loved it! The upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling, so to bear in mind for tall people! Highly recommend.

Great quiet location, friendly complex. Apartment had everything you needed including beach/ pool towels Loved having the washing machine as we were able to take clean clothes home with us! Great communication with David & Pachi who looks after the apartment. Pachi kindly booked us a taxi to the airport for our return journey. Would definitely recommend.

Schönes Appartement in einem Ferienkomplex. Die Lage ist super und man kommt schnell zu Fuß an die Promenade. Ideal auch als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren über die gesamte Insel.

We have stayed at La Cumbre every year since 2013 and we love it for the wide views of the ocean, the quiet, and the close and easy amenities. We have stayed in various apartments here over the years, but Teresa's apartment is the cleanest and most cared for. Teresa herself is an absolute delight to deal with. She is very warm and friendly, and responds immediately to any communication. We just got back home, and we are about to book for next year. We can't speak highly enough of Teresa and her apartment!

La casa es fantástica, tiene una distribución perfecta para 4 personas , dos habitaciones, dos baños, armarios perfectamente compartimentados, patio súper útil y salón cocina muy agradables. También cuenta con piscina en un recinto cerrado. La ubicación es perfecta, muy tranquila en calle peatonal a la vez de muy cerca de montones de restaurantes, tiendas, paseo marítimo y playa preciosa . La anfitriona nos sorprendió con un paquete de bienvenida muy completo y con montones de recomendaciones tanto de restaurantes como de planes para organizar nuestra estancia. Realmente destaca sobre todas nuestras experiencias previas en este tipo de establecimientos . Muy recomendable desde todos los puntos de vista. Intentaremos repetir sin duda alguna. Giuseppe's place is located quite near the strip, far enough away to feel relaxed in a quiet neighbourhood but near to bars and restaurants. Pool area was nice, clean, tidy & spacious. Plenty of sunbeds. Terrace was great to sit and have our breakfast with patio table/chairs. A couple of sunbeds would have made it a perfect spot to sunbathe. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well equipped. We would definitely return. No problems arose with our stay. if you are looking for a 'no frills' clean, well equipped place with value for money this we feel would suffice. An added bonus is the well stocked Spar shop at the end of the street. Very short walk to a couple of bars and just a little further down for the strip and access to beaches. We would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you to our host and the gentleman who took care of the apartment. He helped us out when we couldn't get a taxi to the airport. Thank you so much.

L’appartement est très agréable, bien décoré et spacieux. Il est idéalement situé pour réaliser les visites sur l’île. Il est proche de différents commerces ce qui est très pratique. Il est tout proche de l’océan. Vanessa nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre arrivée.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Von der Wohnung kann man gut die Stadt erkunden. Die Lage ist sehr belebt, was uns gefallen hat. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Parkplätze sind in ca. 5min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Danke Asuncion, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Marta’s place was a beautiful little home from home, so well stocked and kitted out with plenty of little bits to get you started if you weren’t able to get straight to the shops on arrival. The pool area is gorgeous and the estate and surrounding neighbourhood are so peaceful. Only a 5 minute walk from the sea front with all its bars and restaurants, but far enough from any possibility of noise to get a good night’s sleep. Bonus being able to see and hear the planes taking off and landing all day if that’s your thing! Could happily have stayed here weeks, it was the perfect place to come home to after a day out walking, running or cycling. Highly recommend.
