We had a great stay at Shirina's place. The home was exactly as listed- it was very cozy and comfortable. Shirina was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to check in/ check out. Would definitely recommend her place

Highly recommend Gail’s house!! We came to ride the Chief Ladiga bike trail and it was awesome to walk right out the front door and jump on our bikes!! The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Zero complaints. Awesome biking weekend!

This location was absolutely breathtaking! Was just as pictured & described. Host was very responsive & responded very quickly. I had a previous booking with Kacey Jones at Kensington Ln, 35906. She canceled my booking at the last minute to take someone else’s booking. She knew my family & I needed a place to stay the week of Thanksgiving & would also spend our Thanksgiving day in her home. She canceled with no regard to my family being homeless after her last minute cancellation. During my search I had originally seen this location, but went with Kacey’s location as I personally know her & this location was a bit larger than what we needed. After the previous host canceled, I looked back at this place, it looked to be booked on Thanksgiving day, but they have a 4 day minimum so I reached out to Brittany. Brittany immediately responded & was very willing to accommodate our stay without canceling her previously paid, 1 day booking. So if looking to book in RBC, PLEASE PICK THIS HOME!!!

I love finding places like this! This feels like an owner put their hard work into and made it really cozy. The craftsmanship was nicely done. The cottage was relatively new, clean, and had really nice furnishings and decorations. I even used the vintage record player! The Owner was very responsive with clear directions. The location might be a little hard to locate the first time but worth the privacy. It had everything I needed and more. I enjoyed sitting on the porch relaxing at the end of the day. I travel to Jacksonville often and I will definitely be back!

Close to everything right were we needed to be and the perfect size.

Wonderful private stay next to a pond. The frog sounds at night were the icing in the cake. Jeremy is a wonderful host, highly recommend!

This is a new Airbnb and there are a few things that would make things easier. We left a list and we bought a few things to leave like a salt and pepper shaker. I think over time guests will leave things they think about too. We have done this at other places we have stayed. The mill was wonderful and the owner gave us a tour of the upstairs that is the original workings of the mill. He also left a couple of fishing poles and a tackle box to use on the mill lake that he said is full of fish. We stayed there because we were doing work on our house and my sister and brother in law were here to help. We all enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. The views were beautiful and it was very quiet but close to town. Thank you for being a great host.

oh man, where do I start. there's a lake right out front! when you first walk in there's kayaks, water vests you'd be crazy not to go out. once you get upstairs it's a whole house for good times. overall I loved my visit and I Definitely will visit again soon
