As always, this place is amazing! I call it my second home! Everything is so nice and clean. The area is beautiful and private, and perfect for us. This is probably the most unique place we have stayed at through air bnb. The place is close to town, but you feel like you are one with nature. Horses, cats, dogs, birds…we so enjoyed walking around the property to see all the animals. We usually stay in town when in Oxford and this was a great place after the hustle and bustle of Oxford game day. The furniture was very comfortable, which we usually find lacking…but not here. Linda was delightful…she allows a private stay unless you reach out. Was a delightful stay.

Penny’s place was perfect for our visit to Ole Miss! Easy walk to The Grove, 5 minute drive to everything Oxford has to offer!

We loved our stay here! The location is absolutely perfect-super close to Batesville/Sardis Lake, but it feels like its own little private slice of life set off from the rest of the world. The house was very cozy and had lots of seating, parking, and plenty of room. It was the best stocked AirBNB we have ever seen, and we loved the helpful labels and instructions. The hosts were very kind and communicative, as well. We will absolutely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The cabin is in a peaceful location. It was the perfect place to stay outside of Oxford. I would recommend this to anyone!

Our host Elle was very responsive and provided wonderful hospitality with thoughtful touches such as light breakfast food(bagels, juice, etc..), a handwritten welcome note with additional information, and just an overall welcoming feeling. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but you can be on campus at Ole Miss or on the Square in Oxford is 5 min or less. It’s a great location. I highly recommend this home and Elle.

We enjoyed our stay at Barry's house. The house was beautiful and peaceful. Far enough from Oxford to get out of the hustle of town but close enough to feel like you could enjoy all that Oxford offers. We also loved the pool table upstairs and had many nights playing to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely stay at Barry's home again in a heartbeat.

My friends and I had a great time at Floyd's place over a big time college football weekend in Oxford. Floyd's place is fairly close to campus (easy drive, or about a 2 mile walk to the football stadium) and also closer to restaurants and other amenities. The place was clean, spacious and had a stocked kitchen, just as listed. Floyd was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
