Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

Kristin's home was the perfect setting for a peaceful family Christmas! It was a great size for my family (11 adults and 2 kids) to stay comfortably. The kitchen is set up nicely for large groups with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges. We spent most of our time relaxing in the large dining and sitting areas as well as enjoying bird watching from the backyard (bald eagles!). Kristin is extremely responsive -- even immediately responding to and helping to fix a plumbing issue (on Christmas Eve!). Would highly recommend this place for your next summer or winter getaway!

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

This place was perfect. We wanted a relaxing weekend away and Beach, Please delivered! This place has everything you would ever need and everything you didn't know you needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We hope to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities!!

A perfect, quiet, peaceful & healing weekend for me & my little girl (pup) at this cozy & lovely cottage, situated right on the Chesapeake Bay. The sound of the waves crashing, the deep golden sunrises & pristine beach, filled with the prettiest seashells were the highlights of my stay. Thank you so much for sharing your little gem with me.

What an amazing little getaway! We cannot wait to book more this upcoming summer. It was a home away from home, and we’ve never felt so comfortable in someone else’s home. Bravo Cindy, the place was incredible!

Absolutely fabulous experience! We stayed during a very low key time (Christmas+) but were able to find lots of fun things to do (shopping in St Michael’s [don’t miss The Blue Heron for the best caffeine], driving tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, etc.). We got incredible photos during sunrise/sunset, safely walked-ran on the neighborhood roads, enjoyed the fire pit, and thoroughly rested and relaxed. So grateful we chose Jon’s home for 5 days/4 nights of R&R ❤️

We had a wonderful stay and felt at home within minutes after checking in. Our favorite space was the kitchen. It well stocked with the cookware and utensils we needed. Plenty of towels and hot water for a nice long shower. I’m a remote worker and the WiFi and bandwidth was more than sufficient for my workload. I visit the area regularly and would definitely book again if available.

An extraordinary place to rest & recharge. The views, the comfort of the home, and the gorgeous walking trails, through woods & beach are a perfect combination. Everything we needed & then some.

It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for 6 adults. We found ourselves spending our mornings in the front living room looking at the beautiful water view and variety of birds landing on the water (binoculars were provided). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was February and part of the creek was frozen, we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or fire pit, but they did provide plenty of fire wood. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they were very nice. All around it was a place we will return.

It was lovely! Kayla was responsive, flexible, helpful. Her place was exactly as pictured (or even better honestly) and she was helpful when we left a valuable wedding ring behind, securing it and letting us retrieve it next day after checkout. We arranged for an early check in; there was a small confusion between the cleaners and ourselves, but it was sorted out and we were in within 15 minutes. The double kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths were great, and they even have two laundry units as well! Myself, my husband, and one other couple friend spent the night and were pleasantly surprised with how nice the beds, linens, and showers were. I highly recommend staying here; it was PERFECT for our needs, and if I ever need to stay somewhere locally again, I will absolutely check her availability first.

We were looking for a peaceful and restorative Valentines weekend and Peace Point delivered. Top marks. Couldn’t ask for more incredibly welcoming, thoughtful note and chocolate left for us. Very helpful with local information we had rain so there were plenty of puzzles to do. The bed and pillows were firm and in fantastic condition slept soundly. Would book again. it was a lovely, lovely respite.

Excellent experience and I highly recommend! Spacious, spotless, comfortable. Hosts were so responsive and hospitable. Will go back!

If you are looking for a peaceful escape, you found it. Although this home can be used for large gatherings, it is also the perfect getaway for 2. My husband and I loved watching the water and the natural wildlife. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THIS HOUSE!

We had an amazing time at this location! We were there for a wedding and my parents joined us so that they could watch our 4 month old. The airbnb was spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us to stay. We were here for St Michael's Christmas Parade weekend and the airbnb was located so conveniently to the down town area, close to the restaurants and shops. We had a blast and most certainly would come back to stay again.

I’ve taken quite a few trips and this was the best Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in. It looks exactly like the pictures and perfect for a large group. We were all able to have our own rooms and space. The house sits alone which is great for privacy. Crystal was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and well taken care of. It was well stocked with things we needed. The proximity to DC was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

Éramos 5 personas y quedamos muy satisfechos con el lugar, la limpieza, el anfitrión y los exteriores, (incluso queríamos extender la estadía porque no queríamos irnos) hicimos un asado y todo funcionó a la perfección, la cocina súper equipada y a 10 min aproximadamente a un Dollar General donde puedes encontrar de todo lo que necesites. La verdad sin duda alguna volveremos en verano, gracias por todo David!!!
