Having stayed in Oakhurst before, I found this location to be the most convenient yet, with easy access to town, Bass Lake, and Yosemite. The cottage itself is nestled in a peaceful, secluded area, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. A particularly thoughtful touch was the doggie bed and bowls left out for my service dog—both he and I truly appreciated the gesture. We also loved the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day at the park. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Mary’s and Royce’s cabin. The cabin looks exactly like the photos. It’s extremely comfortable and one feels right a home. We loved sitting in the spa and looking up at the stars. Mary and Royce were very responsive to our needs. Their property is just beautiful. It’s a great place for a getaway.

Randy’s place was amazing, clean, house had everything we needed and more.randy was easy to communicate with . Surroundings were beautiful 5 mins away from the wineries. The house was perfect for a romantic getaway I enjoyed my time there I would defiantly purchase again

My family loved staying at Sarah’s house. Her home and neighborhood were stunning, and there was a lot to do in the area. Check-in was easy and Sarah was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions, which was very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, right on the river! Centrally located with an easy drive to the coast (Bodega Bay), to wine tasting (Napa and Sonoma), to Armstrong Redwoods and to the City (SF). Enjoyed the warmth of the cozy fireplace and hot tub too. This is a charming little cottage which was stocked with all the comforts of home. We appreciate a rental with a comfortable bed and nice bedding which was present at this property. The host was easily reachable and responded quickly. Wonderful stay! Side note: If you are easily prone to motion sickness, be prepared as the roads in the area are pretty curvy.

Nancy is a wonderful hist and the B's Hive was a perfect nest for us to rest while visiting family in Newbury and Oaks. Make sure to make time for hiking trails accessible only a block away.

Exactly as described—cute and cozy. Peaceful and perfect for stargazing. Close to Joshua Tree National Park. Hosts were polite and responsive.

If you want a place to relax and break away from the fast lane, this is the spot. And everything is so convenient, from the local grocery market and natural food store to wine tasting and restaurants. Finally, the people who run the local shops in town are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. We will be back!

Lisa’s place is always the first place I search for when planning a trip to San Diego. Perfect location to avoid the congestion in mission valley or downtown, and it’s only 10 minutes from SDSU if you’re visiting your kid there.

Sundog cottage is lovely! We were so happy to find that it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Super clean, great kitchen, deck and backyard were perfect for our dogs and just relaxing and listening to the ocean. The linens are amazing and the beds comfy! Valerie went above and beyond as a host, even left us local eggs, butter and crackers. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. Sundog is a gem and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay and Nick was a responsive and kind host. Was a short trip but we felt very cozy. The home is beautiful and you are close to lots of amazing outdoor experiences. Has all the appliances and tools you might need to make dinner! And extremely reasonable and understandable check out instructions.

I visited and stayed in cottage 5 in June 2023. Recently, I was lucky enough to get the same cottage, it was really nice to experience the lake during winter season this time in February 2025. Jason and Elaine did a great job of keeping it clean. Me and my husband tried canoeing, and we got drifted away. The hosts were very quick in driving all the way and helping us get back safe to the Airbnb. Elaine also taught me fishing 🎣. It was a lovely visit 😊 Highly recommended for everyone.

Location close to grocery shopping and great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked beyond expectation.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Michelle’s with our pups for a little getaway to mama nature. Met and exceeded our expectations. The thoughtfulness and care is apparent in every corner of the cottage. Super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location - close to Idyllwild’s downtown and trails, yet tucked away enough to feel like you have the woods to yourself. We loved our stay at this cabin under the trees! It was just what we wanted for a weekend getaway. The spot is quiet and private but is still very close to town for all the essentials and things to do.

The Cottage was the perfect place for me to stay while the interior of my house was being painted. I was easily able to work from there & there were many nice touches like bread & creamer in the fridge. Just wish I had more time to explore the beautiful grounds.

We had a great stay in Coloma in the cottage, the river setting was beautiful and relaxing and the house had everything we needed!

Its a great location, very close to the lake and restaurants. Four of us found it had plenty of room, although its definitely cozy. Barbara was very responsive, we had a problem with the modem/router on the second day and by the time we got back from an outing, the IT supplier had already been out to check and Barbara had bought a new modem/router as a backup.
