The home was beautiful and surrounded by redwoods. The back patio was lovely! The kitchen was nice and big and the living room was big also, for a good amount of people. I loved the master bedroom with its own access outside. Lovely home!

This is by far my favorite Airbnb we have stayed in. My wife and family agree. There was enough for kids to do. They also went as far as leaving a box of toys for kids to play with. Coffee bar was amazing. I'm a big coffee guy and they had every type of coffee you can think of from drip to French press. He left outdoor toys like sleds and snowboards to use at your leisure. Honestly , I messaged him to use his services and properties as an annual trip. Thank you Abdul!

Lovely home in a great location! We enjoyed our stay at Mona & Jeff's place. Check in was a breeze and great communication from the hosts. Perfect location! The home was close to so many restaurants and things to do. We were able to walk to everything. Our main focus of our trip was to visit the Redwood National Park and the house was the perfect place to do so. The house was clean and cozy! Large kitchen with everything needed. Coffees and teas provided was a very nice touch. Soft towels and bedding was a major plus. Very friendly neighbors as well. Mona & Jeff responded to messages quickly and even offered to come by to show us how a few things work; much appreciated! We highly recommend staying!

We loved our stay. The master bedroom had an incredible view of the ocean and we loved walking our dog around the property down to the cliffs every morning.

What a gorgeous home! The kitchen and dining area was perfect for a family who loves to cook and gather together. There was plenty of space a comfortable beds for all, great for big groups. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

The rental was charming in the middle of beautiful oak trees . Very safe location and provided privacy. Walkable to beach and town. Clean and well equipped. Host was available, if needed, and went over the top to make sure our stay was comfortable. Hope to return soon.

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

Warm and cozy fireplace in December. I love the heat lamp in the bathroom when I take a shower. The room is so spacious and open, and the Cuisinart hot plate (that most places in the area don’t have) was perfect for my cooking. I stayed here 3 weeks, and Mike and Nic were very responsive to my needs. A great place to stay – love the art and ambiance. Easy to plug in my Roku for nighttime viewing.

Mike & Eula’s loft is a perfect getaway. The views a location are spectacular. We stayed there with our daughter for Spring Break to rest and relax. The loft has all the conveniences you would ever want. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We recommend bringing your own shampoo and soap, since only one set of small hotel soaps were provided. Being right on Main Street made it easy to explore and shop. The balcony was a great place to eat our home cooked meals Al Fresca . We will definitely be back to enjoy Mendocino and the loft.

Susan showed us genuine hospitality and made sure we were all settled in. The place is amazing! Right on the water! Cozy and peaceful! It is worth a visit to Clearlake!!

John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

Julian's place was nice and clean. Had most things that we needed. It is the bottom level of a 2 storey house, so can hear them walking around upstairs. Sofa bed wasnt the comfiest. Supplied plenty of little bits and bobs for our stay. Was good having the car parked in a gated area. A nice drive to the San Diego Zoo. Supermarket was also very close. Communicates well. Overall a nice stay.

Eric and Melanie's space was just what we needed! It was home away from home. The open yard was paradise for our fur baby to play "mountain dog" and the chair swing under the oak was my happy place. It is the perfect spot to watch the sun sets and listen to all the wildlife. We saw tons of birds, deer and even a coyote roaming in the morning! Our hosts were friendly and always available. The bed was super comfy and the wood stove heated the whole place all night. Our morning coffee was serene on the front porch, and town (Oakhurst), Bass Lake, and Yosemite were moments away. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Could not have been a more perfect place for a girls weekend in Napa! House was extremely clean. Easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely stay again!

Ali was a great host,super flexible, went above and beyond to help us out. House was great very clean and the surrounding area was beautiful.

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

The place was very clean and well maintained. Its a big property and they have 5 Alpacas in the property and we can feed them hay. Downtown is not too far. Its a good place to handout with large group of friends and family. But there is nothing to do much around in the town for longer stays. Just a note to families with kids: The swimming pool is too deep and be cautious with kids when you arrive at the property

Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

Cory was a really great host! Communication was outstanding and his place was just perfect for our tennis trip! We used the hot tub after our long matches and enjoyed walking across the lawn to our friend's unit :) was very convenient! Cory has a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens as well. Thank you!
