One of the coziest and cleanest airbnb we’ve tried.

We stayed from October 17-20, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The place had everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. It was also really close to my exam venue, so getting there was so easy. The quiet surroundings were a big plus, too, perfect for unwinding and focusing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped spot!

Place is so homey, perfect if you just want to rest in the city. You can cook there. Basically you can just stay at the unit if you really just want to rest and unwind.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the games and karaoke made it extra fun. The location is also good, with easy access to grab, joyride, and tricycles pass by, so transpo was not a problem.

The place was as beautiful as the pictures in the listing. The karaoke system was a professional system so we didn’t pay extra at a KTV place. It was very close to the market and mall. The staff was quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend this place for big groups!! Thank you.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

The place was not only spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated but also had such a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home. The host and housekeeper, kuya Jim was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. The location, amenities was fantastic, and made the entire experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to spend my birthday. Thank you for making it so memorable! Donna and Phillip are so nice hosts! They accommodated my last-minute booking to celebrate me and my partner's birthday. I love the unit, the linens are clean, bathroom, and bedrooms are clean. The towels are fresh. I love that there's an ATM machine at the back of the front desk, so it's so convenient to withdraw money if you need cash. However, the convenience store is somehow not convenient, but it's not the Host's fault. I still gave a 5-star rating coz my experience with the place is so good and nice. I will definitely go back to this listing if I need a quick get away. Thank you so much to the hosts who's very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Danica was reponsive and easy to communicate with. She offered help with securing a parking slot. The unit was clean and had central airconditioning. It was aestheric and had complete amenities. The location is close to malls, like Ayala Feliz, Robinson's Metroeast, and SM Marikina and Masinag, and convenience stores like Lawson at the main road.

Very quiet and clean place. No hassle check in also.

I stayed there for 2weeks plus, I had a very good rest at this place. They were all responsive, friendly & helpful. They provided me all my request that is available. Its hasslefree, his place has a positive vibes felt at peace, actually its better in person, couch & bed were comfortable & i like it that they provided me comforter and extra sheets it helps me rest easily after my medical treatments, can cook quick meals, napkins& trashbags are provided too, complete kitchen tools, fridge, microwave, bathroom is clean and shower is easy to use. It feels like home & I find it peaceful.. I will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!:)
