This is my 2nd time staying at Maam Luisa’s place. As always, the room is clean and very tidy complete with amenities. I super love the place because it was peaceful. And of course, you can cook and wash your clothes. I love the fact that the internet connection is very fast and the check in is very fast. Thank you Maam Luisa for being such a gracious host!!! John’s place is amazing! I travel to Manila often, and we’re so glad we found this spot. From the moment we walked in, the place smelled great and was spotless. Everything felt well-thought-out and intentional. From the decor to the little details that made our stay comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and sheets were fresh and clean, and the interior looked exactly like the photos. The place had everything we needed.. laundry, AC, a shower with a heater, and a super comfy bed. John was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer our questions and very respectful. My partner even joked that this place is flawless! And honestly, I agree lol! We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Manila. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay in Manila. Very accessible sa BGC, Makati, Ortigas!! This condo unit has a homey feel with modest furnishings and was sufficient for our needs for a restful stay. All the hosts were communicative and helpful and clearly provided all rules and instructions and prompt responses to our questions. We appreciated the follow-ups regarding issues we had with the Internet and streaming services, especially by Ate Tin who came in personally to provide assistance. While the stay was generally positive, there were minor points for improvement like one of the lights was constantly flickering and for some reason, a strong deodorizer smell was quite prominent in the unit. Making heads or tails of using the electric stove is also always a challenge in Grass Residences units (^_^;) Overall, we had a pleasant time at FaithfulNest. Thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and for allowing us to stay.

Jin’s place is a convenient centre to many good places around Manila, and the place itself is clean and can comfortably host small groups.

A Perfect Home Away from Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying in Andrea's Airbnb apartment at Flair Towers, and from the very start, it was nothing short of exceptional! The unit was pristine, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—a true home away from home. Unlike other accommodations where our foreign clients have stayed during their recuperation, Andrea's apartment provided the perfect healing environment they needed. The ambiance, cleanliness, and overall comfort made all the difference in their recovery journey. Without a doubt, this is one of the best accommodations we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing, and it has now become our top choice for future stays. Highly recommended!

The place was really nice and clean! Although we had some trouble finding it on the map, Mr. Alvin was very responsive and quick to assist, so we never felt lost. 💗 It’s a bit sad that we couldn’t enjoy the board games since we only stayed for a day—there were so many options! 🥺 But we truly appreciated how cozy and well-maintained everything was. The ambiance made it feel like we’re at home. On the bright side, the place was conveniently near a store (AlfaMart), so even when we got home late, we could still grab food and essentials. Plus, the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, the experience was absolutely worth it, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay!

Glyza was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. She also accomodated us at the last minute when we needed a place to stay for a few more days. There is a very nice pool, and a small gym to work out. I would recommend this place to others.

Excellent value for money. There is a small coffee shop inside the apartment complex near the pool area. Perfect for relaxing after a morning walk or to start the day. Nice views from the apartment and from the common area on level 32. Great location for visiting the museums and Intramuros area.

Remas listing was a great listing for the price, it’s located in makati and has a mall downstairs with a variety of convenient stores like 7-eleven. I booked this listing last minute, as in couple hours before check in and managed to find a place to sleep! will book again! thank you.

Sir Manuel’s condominium is a great place to stay. It is located in the heart of Makati City, with a supermarket right at the location, various restaurants to choose from, and a massage spa nearby. His place is well-equipped with complete amenities, including a television with Netflix and Apple TV, air conditioning for hot days, and a comfortable bed with soft pillows and fresh linens. The unit also has a fridge, microwave, mini table, and couch—everything is well-organized, clean, and neatly arranged. I had a wonderful stay and am glad I chose this place. Highly recommended! However, availability is quite rare, so booking in advance is advised. Thank you so much!

Danica was reponsive and easy to communicate with. She offered help with securing a parking slot. The unit was clean and had central airconditioning. It was aestheric and had complete amenities. The location is close to malls, like Ayala Feliz, Robinson's Metroeast, and SM Marikina and Masinag, and convenience stores like Lawson at the main road.

Great location with many eateries, 24hr convenience stores and access to taxis, etc. Situated in a more quiet part of Makati. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, simple but very effective.
