We had a lovely weekend away. House was perfect for two family’s and pets . Hot tub was a big hit for the kids and adults . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We have a local beach hut and are familiar with Lutrell’s Tower at Eaglehurst ; it was wonderful to stay there and experience the superb views and the renovated cottage at Seaview. It felt like special access to local history dating back to the 17th Century and the smugglers across the Solent. The facilities at Seaview are excellent. Walking into the huge walled garden, and then along the beach were highlights.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

A warm cozy place perfectly located on a secluded street right next to the beach. Can’t stress enough how perfect the location was. Very clean and everything in perfectly working order, plus the most gracious host. A well deserved five star place.

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

Stayed at Carey's place whilst having a kitchen renovation. Flat was exactly as described and had absolutely everything we needed. First class accusation with very efficient heating system and excellent shower. If we need another break, would definitely stay again. Local area is beautiful with friendly people

We had a great stay and will return again in the future i'm sure. The caravan was spotless, in a great location and Roxanne was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Beautiful accommodation! We absolutely loved our stay at Admirals Watch. Perfect location with lots of dog friendly places to eat and drink in walking distance. The flat itself was amazing. Every room looked fantastic, it has everything you need for a long weekend (or extended) stay and it was such a nice relaxing place, we didn’t want to leave! To top it all off the hosts very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some lovely biscuits as well as plenty of coffee, teabags and milk. I would definitely book this again and highly recommend. Second stay with Jill this time in a different Chalet, just as good as the first time we stayed. Jill gives clear instructions, is very friendly and responds very quickly to questions or queries. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Had a lovely break at Sandhills. The caravan was in a perfect spot with all the home from home comforts. Gareth and Marie were very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The park and surrounding area is very dog friendly and our dog loved her early morning walks on the beach.

Me and my family came for early Mother’s Day get away and couldn’t ask for a better peaceful place than this. The caravan was spotless and felt like home. Very warm and cosy! Carly had so many recommendations for us and everything she said was easy to find. She kindly left us Prosecco in the fridge so that was a bonus to start our weekend haha. Such a nice peaceful and quiet getaway. Honestly 5 stars for everything. A big thank you to Carly 😁

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Nina and Max’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing, with beautiful decor and top-quality facilities. Our children especially loved the heated pool and games room, which kept them entertained for hours. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The views looking out at sea from the hot tub on the balcony were absolutely amazing, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Even the weather was on our side for the weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking to book again for later in the spring/summer. Highly recommend… thank you, Nina and Max, for a wonderful experience!

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

'...when can we come back' ...our daughters final comment as we locked the door after a wonderful few days in the sun A costal bolt hole with the character you wish for, understated, relaxed & considered. The small touches of crisps & biscuits on arrival, heating on and gentle music setting a calm atmosphere as you enter, make this a spot to return to another time. Located on a tidal creek, there is always something to see, an ever changing tide swamps the mud flats & lifts your spirits as it does the house , feet dangling into Solent seawater from the deck, an array of wildfowl to watch, its all good here. The highlight, if your a small person (our daughter is 6) is awakening to the sound of squelching feet trudging through the mud at low tide, up to the house for breakfast, 'swans daddy' their daily ritual of knowing where breakfast is best served, is a wonderful addition to the ambiance of this little spot on the sea. David was fast with his messaging & accommodating to our needs.

James’s place was absolutely perfect for our mixed family holiday with 7 kids! The house was spacious, clean and with the most beautiful views over Seaview beach. The garden was a massive plus for us, stunningly beautiful with fun swings for the children. Direct access on to the beach was fabulous and we just had the best time. Thank you James for sharing your beautiful house with us.

This is such a great place I almost don’t want to write such a glowing review as it means we’ll end up with less dates to choose from for our return visit 🤣. Such a beautiful house, the photos don’t do it justice and Kate and Jonathan were wonderful hosts. The beach is right on your doorstep, it was perfect for morning walks with the dog, and lazy afternoons watching the sea merge into the sky from the patio seating.

What a wonderful house , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . My wife and two young boys loved everything about the house .

Beautiful house, the large dining table and upstairs sitting room meant it was great for spending time with family. Thoughtful little extras like fresh milk in the fridge, and useful things like dishwasher tablets in the kitchen meant we didn’t have to go out and get everything for a 3-night stay. We felt like we were staying with friends!

Great place to stay, everything we needed was at hand. Lovley location. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will return

Lovely house in a fantastic location for a dog walk on the beach and a great hub to go out from visiting other areas each day in both Dorset and Hampshire. Loved the house, very well equipped with all of the home comforts, plenty of parking in the two drives and a lovely garden for the dogs. Would definitely recommend the Beach House at Mudeford, lovely place.

What an idyllic spot! The Beachhut was rustic but adequate for our one night stay. It was very comfortable and the position was just perfect. We had beautiful sunny skies and it was gorgeous to watch the sunrise over a deserted beach. Fabulous walks and views and even a cheeky bit of fun on the Beryl Scooter! Beware that the cafe on the beach does not always do food....caught us out! And the nearest toilet block is currently out of action! All in all.... A lovely special mini break (if a little costly) made better by such good weather #lucky
