We were very glad & appreciative to have a 1-night stay option for 6 of us to attend a Monday night Packer game instead of having to book a 2-night minimum required stay at a hotel with inflated prices. Chad's home is very cozy and was the perfect space for us & if we have another evening game in the future we will be staying here again.

Clear instructions for parking and very easy check-in. It was actually closer to college Ave than we realized making out Saturday plans entirely walkable. We love it was pet friendly and we had our two dogs with us. There was a nice park right across the street for them to stretch their legs. Jodi’s place was incredibly clean and amenities were just right.

Jennifer was a phenomenal host and made us feel right at home. The property is the perfect location to basically do anything you want in and around Green Bay. We spent thanksgiving here and it was just perfect. Gorgeous home with lots of space, beautifully decorated too! We would absolutely go back!

Marcia is a great host! The special details and considerations are what made the stay special such at the Christmas decorations and wrapping station. We definitely got more than we bargained for. Marcia’s place feels like home and has everything you need. Just want to give a special thanks to Marcia and her family for making our Christmas special. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Our family enjoyed our stay and especially the deck with the beautiful lake views. Heather responded very quickly to our questions, although we did express some concerns about the windows and water. Overall we had a great time. Q

The suite is great space. Roomy and felt at home. Carol is very responsive and gave great directions to get to Lambeau Field to avoid traffic.

This is the perfect place if you need to stay in Appleton/Green Bay and its sorroundings. Carol is a perfect host, we really felt at home. Totally recommended!

I came for the IMSA race and everywhere was booked. Found this place and was very happy! The price was what I found to be the right price and the place was perfect. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. I met the owner personally and they were very friendly and welcoming. For next year’s race, I will be back :)

This place was perfect for us! It’s located in a homey, small town with several fun restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, functional, and cozy. The check in/out process was very easy, and the host was very responsive. I’d book again!

Our host was very responsive and flexible. Easy arrival - Good highway access. The key was in the lockbox; we got in without any problems. Note that there are two driveways/parking lots for that apartment building, so go the second one. The apartment was very clean and more spacious than anticipated. It was more than enough space for three people. One bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very well stocked with everything you’d need. The accommodations are simple yet the apartment looks updated. It seems like the kind of place a young professional would have. It had a little balcony which was pretty secluded from any neighbors. The area is peaceful since it’s less developed, so there are fields and some trees. If you’re going to a game, it was about a 15 minute drive there, but on the way back, it was about 45 mins with the crazy traffic. (We parked at the curling club). We found a nice breakfast spot called the Grapevine Cafe, which was about 4 mins away.

We had two families that stayed together, all adults. We had a blast at the Tiki Bar and beach. The water was crystal clear! We didn't hit the pool because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach. We walked downtown and walked through a Porsche car show on the way. We hit a local Brewhouse for a beer then a swanky little restaurant for some Martini's. Everything was so close and the weather was amazing! Make sure to hit the Speak Easy right next to the condo. We stumbled upon so many cool things! We also rented SUP boards and paddle boats one afternoon. The rentals is quick and right there at the beach. We will definitely go back!
