Jomayra was a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating. Her place is located right in downtown Rincon, providing easy access to all the restaurants and other amenities. It was well-kept and very spacious. We would definitely stay there again during our next trip to Rincon.

Everything about this trip was amazing! Check-in was seamless, easy instructions, responsive host. The place itself was clean and cozy. It had a great view and was 3 min walking to a small clean beach. Many wonderful restaurants and coffeeshops within 5-10 min driving. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Gabriel’s spot was everything and more. The beds were comfortable, the decor was stunning, and we were steps away from the most beautiful beach! Gabriel was super responsive and gave lots of recommendations which made our stay even better. When we come back to Rincon, we would definitely want to come back to this Airbnb! Felt like home and paradise at the same time.

My wife and I have been to Rincon many times before. This place takes the number 1 spot as our new favorite place to stay!! It is quiet, the ocean view is beautiful and the sound of the ocean in the evenings is amazing!! The entire apartment was model and very clean! We had a great time here! Would definitely recommend and rebook!

Todo como lo esperábamos. Queríamos un tiempo tranquilo frente al mar y así fue. Recomiendo que tengas más utensilios de cocina. Las recomendaciones del anfitrión buenisimas. La ubicación perfecta.

Éste lugar es bellísimo, seguro, equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar para el disfrute de la estadía. Expectativas alcanzadas y superadas. Pelican Reef es un lugar para divertirse como para relajarse. Cuenta con 2 piscinas limpias y bien mantenidas, la playa a pasos del complejo y a minutos de restaurantes y/o food trucks. Nosotros nos lo pasamos en nuestro balcón admirando la majestuosa belleza del mar y escuchando su dulce melodía. Además del disfrute de los bellos atardeceres y amaneceres. Y un enorme gracias a nuestra espectacular anfitriona Cheryl. Ser humano bondadoso, genuinamente servicial y comprometida a resolver cualquier necesidad que se presente. Nunca necesitamos nada ya que el apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar, literal. Y, a la vez, nos sentimos en calma al saber que Cheryl estaría allí cualquier situación se presentara. Gracias Cheryl por la hospitalidad y el cálido recibimiento. Sin ninguna duda volveremos.

I was looking forward to this family trip but unfortunately I had a heart issue but family members still went and they loved it. They showed me pictures and they were happy. I have to replan and definitely choose this place again

This place has everything you can possibly need during your stay, it is at the end of a dead end street about 5 minutes walking distance from a beautifu beach where you can bathe, 10 minutes away from anything you can think of in Rincon. A hidden gem ❤️

Mikes place is beautiful. This was one of the most comfortable and well appointed Airbnb we had ever stayed in. This is not some corporation that manages dozens of places as this site has sadly become. This is their home that they have luckily decided to share. From the moment you step inside you can tell that the place is maintained with great pride, love and attention to detail. My wife loved the decorations and personal touches. The area has lots to do. Close to restaurants beaches and great recommendations by the host. If you are a surfer there is a ten page report on the local areas to go. Hot water is hot and the pressure was great (not common in PR). The beds was extremely comfortable. It was immaculately clean thanks to Roger who maintains the place, and had anything you could ever think of. Mike communicated clearly and always answered within minutes. A perfect stay. I would definitely stay here again . Don't hesitate book it right now.

I would definitely stay here again - the views were amazing and the location was convenient to everything. The property was very clean- the outdoor spaces and pool were the BEST. We spent the majority of our time outdoors. Joseph was very responsive and had great local recommendations. We did the Don Q run tour in Ponce- would definitely recommend. We had a wonderful stay! The house was just perfect for us - as a family with 5 adults and 2 children we loved spending time by the pool - the house had everything we could need, everyone was very comfortable and had a blast! The house itself is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is a very short drive from tons of things to explore from beautiful beaches, neat shops and fantastic restaurants (and grocery stores). Cristina was so communicative and helpful during our entire stay, we really had a terrific time. One piece of advice if driving from san juan, dont listen to waze ! It will take you on very small, windy roads up and over steep hilly terrain - you'll be much better off following Cristina's directions and sticking to the main roads and enjoying the windy roads (and views!) on your day trips while exploring the area ;)

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

We had a great time here. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house and the pool. They had pool floaties our kid loved. The kitchen had numerous quality items and was better equipped than your typical Airbnb. We grilled out multiple meals with ease. The neighborhood didn’t have many sidewalks or street lights so walking after dark was tough, but it was easy to drive to other areas in Rincón and the view from the pool was great. Plus it was walkable to one beach. The stray cats puked and peed on towels left outside as a head’s up to future guests. We used the laundry available and that was also easy and helpful. (Buy detergent). Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend! Hosts were super responsive and communicated everything we needed.

We had a fabulous vacation at Bill’s place. It is private and quiet and steps from an incredibly beautiful and private beach with clear, calm water perfect for swimming. The house is simple but has all the necessities, and Bill is a very responsive host. Anything extra we needed was quickly provided. The large porch and small pool are absolutely perfect. We loved lounging on the porch and swimming under the stars!

We had such a fun Spring Break week at Jennifer's place! It is beautiful just as described and seen in pictures. Comfortable, location is great, very peaceful, safe, and quiet building, as well as neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets! Great to go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon after beach time! The apartment has everything you need- we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.. Jennifer was so fast to communicate if we had a question or needed anything, and she was fast to act too. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Rincon, and hope to come back someday!

Charlene’s place was clean and spacious, and I loved the private back patio and super convenient parking! It’s clear that a lot of thought was put into the space, and Charlene herself was a very kind and thoughtful host.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. We loved this place! Check in was super easy as hosts were very informative. Quiet, peaceful complex. Beautiful ocean view, spacious kitchen and living room, clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. They had lots of beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, even a surfboard!) available for guests to use, and there is a beach in walking distance right around the corner. Lots of delicious food and other more luxurious beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. Would recommend to a friend any day!! (FYI, when we went, after about 10 feet out there were quite a few urchins on the sea floor of the walking-distance beach - this is no reflection on this host obviously, as they have no control over that, but just something to keep in mind! Bring goggles!)

The unit, the location, the views from the balcony ... all are absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We felt immediately at home! It is clear that Taylor has set up the place to make you feel totally at home right from the moment you arrive! Plus, when we had a question or wanted an idea or recommendation, she was super quick to respond with helpful advice. Highly recommend!!!
