Joe’s place feels like a tropical retreat, very peaceful and quiet with the private beach right in front of the apartment. The sunset and the night sky is just insane! Joe was very proactive and responsive and helped us with local recommendations! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to calm down.

A Slice of Paradise in Rincón! Our stay at this Airbnb in Rincón was nothing short of magical! From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean—truly like something out of a magazine. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home for our family of four. One of the highlights was the convenience of having both a pool and a beautiful, almost private beach just steps away. It felt like our own little slice of paradise, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable—majestic, peaceful, and the perfect way to end each day. Our host, Flor, was amazing! She made the check-in process seamless and was so straightforward with everything, which made our arrival stress-free. It’s always a relief when a host makes things easy, and Flor did just that. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway in Rincón, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was great! The views were amazing! The house was exactly as described. We felt right at home. The outdoor living spaces were amazing. We spent 90 percent of our time at the house outside. The two walking distance beaches that are about 5 to 10 houses away in either direction were very enjoyable as well.

The place is just as it was described. Excellent place to relax and enjoyed, calm and quiet . Looking forward to stayed again!

Todo como lo esperábamos. Queríamos un tiempo tranquilo frente al mar y así fue. Recomiendo que tengas más utensilios de cocina. Las recomendaciones del anfitrión buenisimas. La ubicación perfecta.

Cheryl was a great host. She texted regularly with suggestions for food and fun. The property was perfect. Our apartment was on the ground floor, literally steps from the pool with a patio with chairs and a comfy couch and what a view!. Another 20 steps and you were at a beautiful private beach with a sandy bottom. Town was a 10 minute drive away with two supermarkets on the way. Cheryl also provided beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and plenty of towels, perfect! There also is a walking track and outside workout machines at a baseball stadium open to the public right down her street if you want to get a workout in. Very cool! I highly recommend Cheryl's rental and would definitely return. Book it!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très propre et incroyablement bien équipé. Il y a même plusieurs articles indispensables pour la plage tels que serviettes, chaises, parasols et glacière. L'environnement est tellement calme à part le son continu des vagues! En extra, le balcon nous offre un spectacle grandiose à chaque coucher de soleil. Abdiel est un hôte extraordinaire. Il répond rapidement aux messages texte et propose même des évènements ou activités dans le secteur. Beaucoup de restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Pour les personnes qui aiment marcher, on doit compter environ 45 minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville de Rincón en passant soit par la route ou par la plage. Merci Abdiel pour l'accueil!

Éste lugar es bellísimo, seguro, equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar para el disfrute de la estadía. Expectativas alcanzadas y superadas. Pelican Reef es un lugar para divertirse como para relajarse. Cuenta con 2 piscinas limpias y bien mantenidas, la playa a pasos del complejo y a minutos de restaurantes y/o food trucks. Nosotros nos lo pasamos en nuestro balcón admirando la majestuosa belleza del mar y escuchando su dulce melodía. Además del disfrute de los bellos atardeceres y amaneceres. Y un enorme gracias a nuestra espectacular anfitriona Cheryl. Ser humano bondadoso, genuinamente servicial y comprometida a resolver cualquier necesidad que se presente. Nunca necesitamos nada ya que el apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar, literal. Y, a la vez, nos sentimos en calma al saber que Cheryl estaría allí cualquier situación se presentara. Gracias Cheryl por la hospitalidad y el cálido recibimiento. Sin ninguna duda volveremos.

I was looking forward to this family trip but unfortunately I had a heart issue but family members still went and they loved it. They showed me pictures and they were happy. I have to replan and definitely choose this place again

Our stay at Bill’s home in Rincon, PR, was magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolate, and a spotless home. Bill, our exceptional host, went above and beyond, offering personal touches like feeding the fish each morning and inviting us to join him. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed—board games, binoculars for stunning views, and Netflix for relaxation. We always felt extremely safe. Bill also shared local gems, from hidden beaches to top restaurants, making us feel like locals. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful to Bill for making our stay so special. This experience was priceless and worth every penny. Thank you, Bill! We would blindly recommend this experience to everyone❤️

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

We loved our time at Deborah's place in Rincon! There is such easy, walking access to so many great little adventures. Each day we would walk across the street and perhaps go snorkeling near the marina, or access the beach going the other direction via a side street and walk on a beautiful and seemingly endless stretch of beach! We loved being able to easily walk to the city center and to the shops or restaurants or the super fun Thursday night market. And our 5 kids loved the on site, private pool! We loved the homey feel of Deborah's place, too. When we had rain, we actually enjoyed spending time hanging out at "home". Thank you Deborah!

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

We had such a fun Spring Break week at Jennifer's place! It is beautiful just as described and seen in pictures. Comfortable, location is great, very peaceful, safe, and quiet building, as well as neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets! Great to go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon after beach time! The apartment has everything you need- we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.. Jennifer was so fast to communicate if we had a question or needed anything, and she was fast to act too. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Rincon, and hope to come back someday!

This place offers it all! Sunrise over the mountains to the east door and Sunset over the water to the west patio. The views are amazing from both doors! Offers a very clean pool and almost private access to the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was the perfect size for us as a couple. Juan was very responsive and answered questions immediately.

Our first visit to Rincon and to Puerto Rico. Stayed three nights in mid March. The apartment at Victoria Del Mar was clean, comfortable & had such a lovely ocean view! It was a great location for exploring Rincon. We loved that we could easily walk to a nearby beach. Jennifer was quick to respond & helpful host. We would happily return to this apartment for a future stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.

We loved this place! Check in was super easy as hosts were very informative. Quiet, peaceful complex. Beautiful ocean view, spacious kitchen and living room, clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. They had lots of beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, even a surfboard!) available for guests to use, and there is a beach in walking distance right around the corner. Lots of delicious food and other more luxurious beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. Would recommend to a friend any day!! (FYI, when we went, after about 10 feet out there were quite a few urchins on the sea floor of the walking-distance beach - this is no reflection on this host obviously, as they have no control over that, but just something to keep in mind! Bring goggles!)

The unit, the location, the views from the balcony ... all are absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We felt immediately at home! It is clear that Taylor has set up the place to make you feel totally at home right from the moment you arrive! Plus, when we had a question or wanted an idea or recommendation, she was super quick to respond with helpful advice. Highly recommend!!!
