Sharon's house is super clean, well-thought, and tidy. The parking space in the backyard is convenient if you drive. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay. A+

Not only was this place clean, but it had lots attention to details. Everything was labeled to make things easy to find. Little extras in the bathrooms like extra sealed toothpaste/brushes, facial wipes etc. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on at an Arbnb. Overall it was a great rental.

Nice neighborhood about a mile from Naval Academy Gate 1 and downtown. 8 minute walk to one of the best brunch restaurants in town.

Reggie’s place is wonderful. The upstairs beds are very comfy, especially the master. It was great for our family - nice kitchen and great amount of space. We’d love to stay again!

Blair and Nadia were both so great! Very proactive in reaching out and making sure we had everything we needed. The place was so clean and had everything, we had no issues at all, and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying with them.

We had an amazing time at T’s place! The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro, and having parking available was a huge bonus. T was extremely responsive and proactive, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

Great stay at Jeffrey’s. Friendly guy, great restaurant recommendations for us. Not a fancy place, small bathroom but know it DOES have a shower (yay- just said bathtub). The house and unit had lots of personality and everything we needed. Appreciated the fruit and pound cake! Loved the neighborhood with interesting stores, bakeries, restaurants. Lots of places to walk. My adult daughter slept on the (regular) couch and it was very comfy.

I enjoyed my time at sivenson place. It was as described and well kept. Easy to access with the direction that was given and felt just like home. A cozy place to stay during a work trip. I will definitely visit again anytime.

Marsha was an excellent host and has an extremely cute and well mentioned place. I enjoyed talking with her, and would stay again if I am coming to Annapolis. The room was cozy and the house was very clean. She graciously provided coffee and banana bread in the morning. Highly recommend staying here.

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my maternity photoshoot! The space was spotless and radiated such positive energy—it felt like it was made for creating beautiful memories. It had everything I envisioned and more. Lindy, the host, was fantastic—kind and attentive to every detail. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming space with amazing vibes, this is the one.

It was a great place to stay in the heart of the action in Annapolis! We loved walking down Main Street, checking out the Statehouse, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious!

Cathy’s home was great for my one night stay for Bay Bridge run today. Her home was clean, free from clutter, well kept, and had everything I needed. Cathy gave me very clear instructions and made sure I made myself feel at home! My bed was very comfy!! Definitely no complaints there! Linen was nice and clean as well. I appreciated reading about the history of the home. I never knew it had so much history! It was my pleasure to read it. I definitely would come back and stay again.

Incredibly kind hosts. The room was very convenient for walking to the beach and to the town. Very cool themed rooms and highly recommended!

We were greeted upon arrival by Woody who gave us an explanation of all the amenities, and showed us to our room. We had our own bathroom, right outside of our room which was nice (although the toilet paper could be improved upon, port-o-John's have better). Room was really nice, good quality bedding, and a mini split AC that serves only that room. We were traveling with a toddler which is not the norm for them but they were very accommodating for her. Breakfast was provided each morning, prepared by Woody and Michelle, made with local ingredients, and served with a little explanation of where they came from by Woody. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, and would definitely book again.
