Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

Kristin's home was the perfect setting for a peaceful family Christmas! It was a great size for my family (11 adults and 2 kids) to stay comfortably. The kitchen is set up nicely for large groups with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges. We spent most of our time relaxing in the large dining and sitting areas as well as enjoying bird watching from the backyard (bald eagles!). Kristin is extremely responsive -- even immediately responding to and helping to fix a plumbing issue (on Christmas Eve!). Would highly recommend this place for your next summer or winter getaway!

This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

Our family and friend group of 11 stayed here for three nights. The house was perfect for us and had everything you would possibly need. We loved it so much that we punted some things we were going to do to hang out there. The fire pit on the deck was a fan favorite at night which all of us sat around, talking and laughing. Some people got up early to fish at the pier that we had access to, and my daughter spent time at the beach there. I can't say enough kind words about Paul as a host. He answered all our questions in a timely manner by texting us which not all hosts do. Today, he gave us a later check out time which was helpful in getting so many people up and out! Paul was there when we arrived and was just so gracious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much, Paul!

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Natalie's beautiful and roomy place. The house is lovely and very well stocked/ supplied. Natalie even provided a roasting pan in case we should require one during our Thanksgiving celebration there. The home is so pretty, and attention to detail is impressive, such as artfully folded towels. Beds were comfortable and the house is very clean. The location is lovely also. Natalie was very helpful and kind and thoughtful- she's a great host. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laurie's home! It was a great location and the home matched the description. We had everything we could have asked for and more, and Laurie was a great host. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location if you’re in Annapolis for a game or just to visit the city. Christopher’s house was the perfect location and distance from everything in the city. Also, very spacious and nice house perfect for me and my 4 other friends.

We had a lovely time. The place was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like extra pillows. It combined the best of both worlds with shopping and restaurants in easy walking distance but was very quiet and peaceful because it was tucked at the end of the block on a dead end street with no buildings behind it. It was just perfect for us.

The house was cozy, accommodating and clean. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. It was quiet and the beach was just a short walk/golf cart ride away. If I had to make any slightly negative comment, it would be to provide more wash cloths and towels. But that was a very small detail and we just washed and reused what we had, no big deal. The owner was responsive to all our questions and accommodated a last-minute booking for us. We would definitely book this property with this owner again!

Beautiful home with a lovely view. The house is very cozy and comfortable, great for entertaining and close to all of the amenities. The scenery is spectacular and relaxing. I could not ask for a more attentive host. Shawn was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

So easy to get around!!! This place was better than described!! It was so close to public transportation!! Pictures don’t do it justice. It was super clean. Neighborhood was safe, we walked our dogs each morning and night. Communication was wonderful before and during our stay. If we get to come back to Washington DC, we will try and stay here.

We had a fantastic stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect. Tiffany was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The little touches really made our stay even better. Love the back porch with water views, very peaceful. The cottage was better in person than depicted on the photos, such a cute place! The bed linens were cozy on super cold nights. Deale is an adorable town.

Many thanks for hosting our group ahead of an event we had planned almost a year in advance! We were more than comfortable with the amount of space, had ample amenities and is situated only a few blocks from downtown. While we went with friends, several also felt this would be a perfect spot for family gatherings.

All I can say is WOW! We were blown away at the beauty of the home AND the view! Relaxing and peaceful. The pool was to die for and Kathleen was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had in all our air bnb travel!!! Will definitely return AND will check out her other properties in the future. Thank you to Kathleen and her staff/team!!

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Absolutely fabulous experience! We stayed during a very low key time (Christmas+) but were able to find lots of fun things to do (shopping in St Michael’s [don’t miss The Blue Heron for the best caffeine], driving tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, etc.). We got incredible photos during sunrise/sunset, safely walked-ran on the neighborhood roads, enjoyed the fire pit, and thoroughly rested and relaxed. So grateful we chose Jon’s home for 5 days/4 nights of R&R ❤️

My large, multi-generational family had an amazing week at Jennifer's beautiful home. Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful. There was plenty of room for all of us. This place is perfect for kids -- there are tons of toys, a swing set, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. I hope to stay at Jennifer's home again!

My family and I loved this place. It has great views from every room, and while incredibly spacious, it's very cozy. We had space to be private, but still warm places for family experiences. The amenities are great, the kitchen has all you need, and has great dining spaces. Also, Sam and Ilene were very accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we were online. Finally, I love being near the water and this place delivered. (I want to return in the summer.)

The house is in a beautiful location and has a beautiful view. The house had plenty of areas to sit and chat/relax inside and out! We were too late in the season for the pool, but that is a wonderful ammenity to have. I would highly recommend this home and would stay there again. It would be a little hard to find at night, but the directions are good!

Super comfortable beds, super easy to communicate with and very cozy! Right by where we went for a wedding. Overall wonderful!
