It is an excellent, super clean, and very comfortable apartment. The host sent me a clear instruction on how to get to the building and check-in was smooth. The location is close to the beach and there is a big supermarket nearby. The apartment has everything we need for a long stay. I want to thank the host and the cleaning staff for our wonderful stay!

Ich habe fast 6 Wochen in Hahnie's Apartment im Gold Coast Nord Gebäude gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aus der 34. Etage aufs Meer ist grandios. Auf dem Balkon hat man das Gefühl man sitzt auf einem Logenplatz über dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. TV und WiFi haben tadellos funktioniert. In der Küche lassen sich kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Sogar die wichtigsten Gewürze und Tees standen bereit. Im 3. und 4. Stock des Südgebäudes befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alles nötige bekommt. Da es vom Nordgebäude aus keinen direkten Zugang zu dem Supermarkt gibt, hat Hahnie dafür gesorgt, dass mir die schweren 20 Liter Wasserflaschen regelmäßig geliefert wurden. Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal, nicht direkt im trubeligen Zentrum, aber man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ich kann das Apartment auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Pros: Great central location right next to a beach, shopping mall in the same building, lots of cafes and restaurants around. Easy and straightforward check in/check out. Cleaning service. Nice view and pretty quiet inside. Thao was super responsive during communication! Cons: A/C filter needs cleaning, the room appeared to have unpleasant smell when A/C was on. Conclusion: It was absolutely worth the money.

Thanh apartment is nice , great location , very clean with everything include, will love to stay again once we back !

저는 6박7일 동안 살았습니다. 저는 아기와 같이 살아서 전자렌지와 주방이 필요했습니다. 가족들이 함께 살기 너무 좋았습니다. 아기와 같이 지낼 숙소가 필요하면 여기를 추천합니다. 그리고 사진과 집은 똑같습니다. 이 집은 주거지역에 있는 아파트입니다. 그래서 관광지 보다 더 조용하고 안전합니다. 근처에 24시간 편의점과 호수와 산책로와 놀이터도 있습니다.

К сожалению с квартирой при заезде случился нюанс. Нам дали другую квартиру, в связи с тем, что выбранная нами квартира была занята! Новая квартира была на 7 этаже вместо 29 и 1 комната вместо 2. С хозяином решили проблему и он сделал скидку. Приятный шаг, но ситуация в начале разочаровала. Уверен, что у хозяина это не постоянная ситуация. Другая квартира была хорошая, но совсем не совпала с ожиданиями. Интернет был быстрым и надежным. Очень близко к морю. Здание в хорошем районе, приветливая администрация

부모님 모시고 간 가족여행이였는데 방3개에 화장실2개여서 좋았습니다. 따뜻한 물도 콸콸나오고 수건도 요청하면 갔다주셨습니다. 호스트 응답이 빠릅니다. 뷰가 기가막힙니다. 뷰맛집. 롯데마트랑 붙어있어서 인프라도 최고. 바닷가 라인이라도 가까워서 레스토랑도 최고. 짐도 2층에 보관할수있어서 편하게 다녔습니다.
