Carol's villa is clean and spacious but more of a hotel vibe with 2 floors of individual rooms with a few shared spots like the dining area and outdoor patio. The amenities are scattered in various rooms such as the laundry machine is inside a lower floor room. The location is close to the beach but tucked inside an alleyway which can make it tricky for drivers to pickup or drop off. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the host was helpful throughout our trip.

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

16명이서 숙소 전체를 다 이용했는데 여유롭고 좋았습니다. 1층 리셉션에 직원분이 항상 상주해계셔서 필요한 것에 대한 요청을 드리기 수월했습니다. 방이2개인 호실이 3개정도 있어 전체를 빌리신다면 호실은 10개지만 방 및 침대는 총 13개있다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 근처에 바다가 있어서 아침마다 바다에서 산책하기 좋았고 수영장이 크지는 않지만 몇명이서 놀기 적합했습니다. 근처에 마트도 있는데 간단한 간식 사기 좋았고 저렴했습니다. 다음에 다시 다낭으로 놀러간다면 재방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

We had a large group of 15 adults and 7 kids. It always felt super spacious. The rooms were spacious enough to lay out all our luggage and the bathrooms were clean of any dust or hair. They would check in when a good time was to clean as to not disturb us. Breakfast was included with the price of the villa. Lan, our lovely host would cook for us every morning our delicious menu items The billiards table and karaoke room on the 3rd floor was great for in house gatherings as we had young children with us 6 years and under so a bit difficult for the parents to head out for a night out. The massage and nail service was amazing. Only needed to give about 30mins notice before someone was sent to the villa to have those services provided for us. Location is central. Easy walk to the beach, food or short grab ride to main places around the area. Thank you Lucy, Lan and team so much for your amazing hospitality! We absolutely loved the villa and all the memories we shared together

We had a great time at Mai’s villa. Her and her staff were very responsive and helpful. The house is charming and located in a convenient part of Da Nang with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. We especially enjoyed the pool!

깨끗하고 넓어서 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다.

our family had a great stay. The dual kitchens and pair of grills allowed us to host a large dinner right by the pool. the rooms were comfortable and easily housed our large group. If even more space is needed the hotel right across the street served us well. The waterfalls were a fun bonus and offered a surprising amount of background white noise.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The beautiful private pool surrounded by greenery created such a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen overlooking the pool made our stay even more enjoyable. The bedrooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and we especially loved the master bedroom with its luxurious ensuite bathroom and bathtub with a window view—such a perfect touch! The villa staff were friendly, attentive, and kept everything spotless with their excellent housekeeping service. Definitely 5 stars plus! I will be recommending this villa to my family, and we are already planning to come back next month!

lovely place. thao was great at addressing any concerns i had with the airbnb. there is a lift so really easy bringing luggage’s up and down.
