Апартаменты хорошие и небольшие, шикарный вид на город на оживленную улицу, из-за этого вечерами шумно от машин. Кухня маленькая, если захотите готовить дома, то переодически включается пожарная сигнализация, тк она находится прям над печкой. Приходят сотрудники и 15 минут заполняют бумаги и проверят все, иногда раздражало это. Сам комплекс очень большой, поэтому людей много на ресепшене всегда и приходилось долго ждать лифт каждый раз когда нужно было спуститься или подняться. Кристал была очень доброжелательная, всегда на связи. Все остальное было отлично!

This is THE place to stay in Nha Trang.

Was given an "upgrade" to an apartment on the 39th floor, so obviously different from the listed photos. Magnificent view of the city and surrounding mountains. It was nice and breezy up that high but sometimes it could take a while to catch the elevator as it's a fairly busy apartment complex. It was very clean and had a balcony. I stayed 2 months and all was well for the most part. A few times the water and/or Internet went out, but it was never for very long. The bed is really firm which took some getting used to. You can hear the noise from clubs and hotel bars nearby if the balcony door was open but mostly die out by midnight. Communication with the host was excellent.

This is a great place to stay. It’s in easy walking distance to the beach and several other attractions nearby. But what I enjoyed the most was the view from the apartment. Beautiful view of the ocean, city, and mountains to the west. The value is also incredible and the apartment incredibly clean and well-kept. Highly recommend and thank you so much for letting us stay.

This is the best place to stay in Nha Trang, with many things being within walking distance, and the view is incredible! I highly recommend you stay here, I’ll be back with my family.

Great location, it's beach across the street. The hosts were very responsive to my needs. I'd recommend this place to anybody who travels to Nha Trang.

We could see the water from the apartment. It’s in a great location, less than 5 minutes to the water. There’s plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. Trang and Mr. Linh were very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Ich war sehr zufrieden während meines Aufenthaltes. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, alles war in ordentlichem Zustand und die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern erkennbar. Gute Lage (ruhig und dennoch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar). Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Mon séjour chez Quy s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le personnel très gentil. Le buffet petit déjeuner très bon. La piscine du 40 ème étage excellente. Nous sommes très triste de partir. Merci Quy nous reviendrons très vite 😊😊😊😊

皆さんにこのアパートをお勧めします。 LinhさんとKhanhさんの対応は素晴らしかった。予約前の質問には迅速に情報提供をくれた。 チェックインは通常セルフチェックインのようですが不安なのでお願いしたら2人で出迎えて下さり、部屋の説明をしてくれました。また滞在中のいくつかのお願いにも迅速に対応してくれた。 立地は最高で有名なドム市場のすぐそばで、近くには地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストランがたくさんあります。スーパーのロッテマートやニャチャンセンターにもゆっくり歩いて１５分程度です。 また寝室からは海が眺められ、ベランダからの眺めも最高です。 設備がまだ新しく食器や寝具類はとてもきれいでした。。 残念なのはただ一つで、曇りの日が続き最高の眺めを十分楽しめなかったことです。 今度は天気の安定している季節に来たいと思います。

Для двоих самый классный вариант для отдыха в Нячанге, мы с женой были как дома, все чисто, уютно, до пляжа идти через дорогу просто пройти)Магазины, супермаркеты, рынок, торговые центры, набережная все рядом! Есть замечательный бассейн, выглядит лучше чем на фото, каждый день утром и вечером купались после моря! Внутри квартиры все есть, кухня отличная сами все готовили! Хозяйка очень добрая, милая и веселая, она даже пригласила нас к себе домой в гости! Вообщем кто первый раз приезжает в Нячанг и хочет чтобы первое знакомство было незабываемым, то рекомендуем 10/10✅

The location is super good, in the middle of the city so everything is very close either by walking or by taking a grab, but in a tucked away little street so is quiet, you can have a nice rest. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful people. The apartment itself was spacious with an extremely comfy bed. The only downside was the wifi connection, weak and unreliable.

Good cozy studio right in the center of Nha Trang, with a lot of cafes / shops / beach in a walkable distance. For some reason I got seaview - and it was amazing. Small kitchen in the room, so you can easily cook something - like eggs for a breakfast, overall it was a great stay.

Great and friendly host, very responsive and easy to communicate. Linh speaks English fluently. The apartment is clean, excellent layout with both mountain and ocean view. The checkin is very easy and convenient, the same for self-checkout. The location is close to the most beautiful beach road - Tran Phu. Many walkable places around for eating, drinking. You also can rent a bike (ask the hotel staffs). Highly recommended for family and group.

房子在热闹的位置，步行到海边3分钟，房子有大大的阳台，正对海滩，风景很好。大厦所在位置是热闹的街区，周围吃饭，spa很方便。会再次入住。

I hesitate to say how nice it is because I selfishly want it to be available for our next stay. That would be unfair to you the customer and Quoc Truong's pocketbook. If you are going to Nha Trang book this place. Side Note. It has the security and lobby support of a hotel and hotel type maid service can be arranged if you like.Possibly for a fee,I'm not sure.

The place was perfect! After using homestays in Hanoi and a wonderful beach bungalow in Hoi An, this was a nice surprise, staying in a high-rise hotel with all the comfort and amenities the hotel offers! We had a great deal of fun along the beach and at those restaurants. A highlight was going the roof restaurant and to see what the disco was like on the top floor. We met the Managers and they, with the DJ, arranged a fun surprise for our anniversary! They treated us like VIP's. Thanks for such a pleasant, and different Airbnb experience!
