I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

Highly recommended stay! We found the property in perfect condition and really enjoyed our stay. The house was thoughtfully designed and gorgeous with a very modern theme. In addition to the property the host was extremely friendly and helpful and they quickly replied to any question we had. There were also plenty of board games readily available for a good time. very close to the rye beach and town as well.

Great location. Great service and response from Amber. Facilities excellent. The pool and entertainment area is superb and perfect for barbecues and lounging by the pool. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice and clean. two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The place was quiet. Short drive to the cafes, shops, and the Irish pub. No WiFi.

Very happy with the place, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were good and living room was nice and roomy. Great area arouns the bbq as well for people to hang out and was very dog friendly with a small front yard that had a fence around it.

A lovely cottage in a great location. Chiara was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay and felt right at home. Great location, short drive to Rye shops, supermarket and cafes. Easy access to Rye beach and hot springs. Love the landscaping - kids had a ball playing hide and seek. Covered deck area great for outside dining. We didn’t use the BBQ, but great set up. Ash & Jason were fabulous hosts.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!
