Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gute Betten. Schöner Wintergarten. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber. Einsicht, die Möglichkeit eines fehlendes Parkplatzes, was aber genau so angegeben war, war etwas mühsam. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke auch noch mal an Chris!

Très beau logement, bien situé dans la rue principale et à 100m de la plage comme le nom l’indique. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et tout se passe comme prévu sans surprise !

Logement conforme à la description, idéalement situé par rapport à la plage (accès assez direct par un long escalier, pour descendre par une rampe il faut marcher un peu plus), à un bon petit restaurant (très abordable qui propose d'excellents fruits de mer), à des petits commerces dont une boulangerie. Donc nous conseillons certainement. Seul point d'attention il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec douche mais deux toilettes. Donc si vous êtes nombreux, il faut s'organiser le matin pour la douche.

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had with Airbnb. We loved Sam’s house from the spacious living room and dining room that could seat several families to the gorgeous backyard and extra rooms with en suite bathrooms in the back. We will definitely be back!

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

Great location & fantastic little bolt hole to escape. Very friendly host. Comfortable & quiet. Lots to do in the local amenities.

Un logement agréable, cependant vous n'avez pas accès à la terrasse. Un ravalement de façade en cours ne vous permet pas d'avoir la vue escomptée.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in . Bexys home was a great find , perfect sea views and the most amazing decor. No boring Flatpack furniture here from Ikea . This has been very well thought out and you can see a passion for design . Highly recommend .

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.

A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the beach. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and Abbey and Joe go out of their way to make your stay as great as possible - we especially loved the welcome gifts left for us and the detailed information about the surrounding area and recommendations. We had a fantastic couple of days away and would highly recommend!

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. A really enjoyable stay. Loved the location being so close to sea with a fabulous view. A good walk into town centre and the Lanes or buses run past the property. Lise was a fabulous host. Really helpful in accomodating us and responsive to any requests. The penthouse located at the top of a beautiful house was comfortable, warm and inviting. Everything we needed was provided to ensure our weekend stay went smoothly, with clear instructions on how to enter & how the heating works etc. Milk & bottled water, along with teabags & coffee were also provided. The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa. I am a very light sleeper so brought ear-plugs seeing as the house is on a main road. I would most definitely book again.
