This place was beautiful. It was extremely convenient , lots of shops and nearby restaurants. It was very noisy at times (especially those seagulls). Wendy was amazing and was great with quick communication. We will definitely be back here one day soon!

Loved this little apartment! Tom was super responsive and left clear instructions which made checking in a breeze. The flat is so spacious for 2 people and is in a fantastic location just walking distance from main attractions so gives you plenty to do that’s if you want to leave this gorgeous place. Waking up to the views of the sea was so beautiful and peaceful. We definitely will be booking again!

A really beautiful apartment which has such a homely, spacious and relaxing feel. Love the art, furniture and furnishings. I would have loved another night or two so we had the time to spend the day inside the apartment without guilt, relaxing and enjoying the view.

We had a very lovely stay. Ideally located at the seaside, great town with lots of great restaurants. The public transport connection to other cities like Canterbury and London is very easy aa well. Josie is a really great host. She was very responsive and gave some great tips. Really loved the stay! Hope to go there once more in the near future!

Can’t really fault it. Was as described, spotless clean, easy to find and very easy walk to the things we wanted to see in Dungeness. The pilot inn gave us an outstanding meal both nights, and overall it was a good value, clean, modern and (mostly quiet - except for the odd early morning truck) peaceful. Cant say we’ll stay again as we have now seen dinginess, but anyone wanting to visit the area for walking or having a look around this is a great place to stop a night or few.

Had such a gorgeous stay, the flat is super spacious with the most incredible sea view. Caroline was really responsive and the place was spotless and super cosy. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Mark's apartment. The views are just incredible, amazing spot to watch the sunset! Location perfect, would 100% stay again, hopefully next time it will be a bit warmer and we can take advantage of the fabulous terrace! Mark was a really great host, we spoke on arrival and he always responded quickly. Can't recommend this apartment enough! Its perfect 🫶

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Margate Beach Apartment. The weather was perfect the whole time, which made being so close to the sea even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautifully arranged—mid-century modern, bright, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We really appreciated having a designated parking space; it made getting around so much easier, especially when we arrived with all our luggage. Inside, the kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was great since we love cooking and didn’t want to eat out for every meal. The beds were also amazingly comfortable—honestly some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling. Overall, everything felt thoughtfully set up for guests, and we’d happily return for another visit.

We really enjoyed Driftwood. A perfect little house in a perfect location to get straight on to the beach. It fitted 4 of us and our dog very comfortably. We really couldn't fault it. The property was clean, had everything you could need, and the Host, Simone was extremely responsive and helpful. If you're wondering which one to book in the area, then wonder no more. This is the one!

Our holiday was for a group of 10 over the New Year's Period. Beach Haven was just right for the trip. The location, just set back from the road but right across from the dunes/beach is a real draw. The main living/dining area is spacious, attractive and atmospheric – perfect for cooking commnual meals and hanging out as a group. The 5x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms are comfortable and offer a decent amount of privacy away from the main space. As most of the group had to work in the course of the trip, the second living room was also very helpful as an alternative workspace/a place to take meetings and calls. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

The house is amazing, so beautiful. At this time of year it was very peaceful too. The space was perfect for us and our young children. Within walking distance to the beach and a well stocked shop.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

Lovely host and the house was perfect for our get-together. Jane was very responsive and left some thoughtful touches in the house for us. Everyone loved the house and can’t wait to book again. Gorgeous location!

You couldn’t wish for a better location for the beach walks, shops and restaurants. The house is a beautiful design. Very modern and high spec. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay. We got engaged on this trip and the tranquil space of this Airbnb just added to the magic. Light and airy but also homely and warm. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean. Would stay again.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment, which looks exactly like the pictures and is in a very central location. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for check-in. They also suggested many recommendations regarding local sights. The pop-out balcony is very cute!

Anna’s flat was great. And it is so lovely to have a sea view. Sparkly clean and lots of character (surprisingly as the communal areas are quite basic!). And well located for all the great restaurants of St Leonards and the beach. We had a lovely time! ☺️

Kimberley’s flat was a beautiful place to relax on the south coast with sea views. The decor is exceptional and full of character which made the stay even more enjoyable and the kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped. She was extremely responsive and helpful and was a fantastic host!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.

I had an amazing birthday getaway at So Hot Stays in Westgate-on-Sea! The flat was spacious, beautifully clean, and offered stunning sea views from every angle. The amenities were top-notch, making the stay feel extra luxurious. The host was incredibly thoughtful—always prompt with communication and gave me fantastic local recommendations. To top it off, I was greeted with a lovely birthday card and a bottle of prosecco, which was such a nice touch. This place truly exceeded my expectations and has to be one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely autumn stay. Lots to do and see in Margate. The flat was spotless and comfortable, a real home from home. Cathy gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat, all were in easy reach of the flat. Would love to see Margate again in the spring or summer. Loved the Turner Contemporary and Old Town.
