Theresa was very responsive and friendly, then we got to the accommodation and met Kim, honestly one of the best hosts I have met in 12 years using airbnb, highly responsive, friendly, quick to help out, and had some welcome drinks for us ready, we did not need a thing, she always went above and beyond. Help us book everything we need to go to Angkor Wat. The room was clean and comfy with a balcony. Right next to all the happening blackes, walking distance from pub street. This is a go to place. Thanks for such an amazing experience. 5 Stars

The Orientation Lodge was my home for a month and I could have stayed longer. Mr Phalla has been a very gracious host, always available to help and be of assistance. This place was renovated from the ground up and he continues to make every part of the property into a beautiful oasis. There are always cleaners tidying up which I appreciate. The communal kitchen is sufficient, the pool- magnificent and of course the rooms- they were minimal, functional, very spacious. I would call this my home in Siem Reap and I hope to visit Mr. Phalla again in the future.

The place could be best described as an apartment building and I thus can only comment on my room. The building is located three minutes from the so called "pub street": the local touristic center of Siem Reap with shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. At night there was a little noise from pub street but not so much that it would have disturbed me. The building as well as the room's facilities are modern and clean. I especially liked the kettle in my room, allowing me to prepare a quick meal or some coffee. Bathroom water is hot. WiFi works well even if one needs a larger bandwidth. Air condition works flawlessly. Staff is very friendly. There is a shared kitchen, which I did not use and thus cannot comment on. But there is a small fridge as well as a TV in the room. I have seen a number of apartments during my travels and I would return to this one anytime (and probably will).

Nice place to stay, very helpful personnel. Everything in the house functions fine. Location is right in the center, so easy walk to everything. But if you have a room with windows coming to the street it is a bit noisy.
