I would definitely recommend this place! It was very clean and exactly as described on the Airbnb listing—actually, even better. Some extra amenities were also provided. The host was extremely friendly, kept everything well-maintained, and was very responsive throughout our stay. He even guided us to nearby tourist attractions, which was super helpful. The building itself has an amazing swimming pool, gym, and restaurant. Overall, a fantastic experience!

If you want to be close to everything in Phnom Penh, this is a great place. Just a heads-up: sidewalks are often nonexistent, so tuk tuks are the way to go. We never had to wait more than a minute for one -- they're everywhere, and they make getting around easy. Plus, the area is packed with great spas and eateries. Now for the hotel: The suites are huge and fully equipped with everything you need. They're also soundproof, so you won’t hear the city noise. The AC held up perfectly, even in 42°C heat. And the bathroom? The deep soaking tub overlooking the Interior Ministry is incredible. The gym is excellent, whether you're a casual mover or more serious about training. It has solid cardio machines, Life Fitness equipment and a Smith machine. Great views too -- but the rooftop pool steals the show. Special shoutout to the staff: super friendly, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even arranging drivers for out-of-town trips and answering a million questions.

I loved staying here, Juan was so helpful and kind, which was just what I needed at the time. the space was big and exactly like the photos, it felt like home while I was there and enjoyed having a proper space to relax in and to work from. I used the pool a couple of times too which was nice. Juan gave me lots of tips for the area and even gave me a little tour. I would definitely stay there again, wonderful views across the Mekong too. Thank you.

Frequent visitor to Phnom Penh so I chose this place in my favourite area of Phnom Penh. Narith's is a quiet, high-floor unit in a luxury condo with a great view. The building has four floors of top-notch common amenities. I was greeted by Narith with the key and a tour of the building. Great start! The unit is decorated as a home, not a rental unit. Spotlessly clean. The furniture and beds are super-comfortable. Excellent quality bedding and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped. Includes thoughtful touches like premium salt, pepper and cooking oil. And the fixings of a pasta meal if you're too lazy to call Nham24 :) oh and gentle ceiling air-conditioning not one of those wall monsters. And great water pressure and hot water. Care and thoughtfulness in every detail. Thanks Narith.

We loved the place. Outside the city center with a stunning view to the skyline and Mekong. Spent the mornings at the pool. Easy to get a tuktuk. Good beds. Loved it!

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was very clean and we felt at home. Would say it was the best condo we have stayed in whilst being in Cambodia for 6 months.

A perfect place to live in Phnom Penh for a few days or even a few month. It is very clean and spacious and it is exactly like on the pictures. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is some music playing in the evening but not at night. For me nothing to complain about. The host is super friendly and responds pretty fast. The Internet is fast and there are also LAN ports available. So it is also suitable for those who need to work with a reliable internet connection. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home. There is a 7-eleven right across the street and it is open 24/7. There is also a big supermarket and an ATM about 200m away. There are some food stalls right in front of the building as well. There is a Gym in the building for 5$ per day (no leg press). There is also a pool for 5$/entire_stay. You can reach many restaurants, bars and clubs and Aeon mall within 10minutes by taxi/tuktuk. One of the best accommodations I have been in South East Asia.

Stunning view, very good value for money, not a big place but for a few nights it’s fine. Host a as very good and friendly. The elevator was very slow! But still overall enjoyable stay

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable. The location was nice with shopping in walking distance. And it was cheap and easy to get a tuk tuk to other areas of the city.

We loved our stay at Nina's Airbnb. Tne apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The rooftop pool and garden is beautiful and my son enjoyed using the gym. Located in a nice peaceful location, it is a short walk to the local market and an easy tuk tuk ride to the centre.

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.

We loved staying at Cheata's 2-bed villa at Siem Reap. The place is neatly tucked away from the buzzle of the city but easy to find TukTuk transport. The villa is spacious as described and was clean when we checked in. Cheata also had provided the basic provisions to get us started conveniently. We will certainly choose this place again if we travel to Siem Reap again.
