Magnifique maison un peu en retrait de la zone animée donc plus au calme. Accessible à pied et très rapide en tuktuk. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir une maison juste pour nous, on nous a laissé les clés en toute confiance. La maison est très agréable et l'extérieur aussi avec les différents lieu de détente, la piscine et les plantes. c'est parfait pour une grande famille.

You can have an exciting experience of living in a traditional house that is over 40 years old. The plumbing facilities are well-equipped, and although there is no air conditioning, the house has good ventilation, making it just as comfortable as a modern home. Plus, your host will provide dedicated support from their entire family at an affordable price. I only have good memories in this house.

If your travelling with your kid,this is perfect for you .it has huge bed,big playing area,quite location and close to pub street 🙃. we have a late check in at 12mid but it was so easy to find and the wife is waiting to us . Great communication and active replys . if your planning your trip to all the temples and afterwards need a relaxing end of the day i recomend this place,you will fell at home.

We had such a lovely stay at Sophea‘s! We stayed here for the second time and would definitely come again. The pool and living room are amazing. Communication was very friendly and Check in super easy!

we found this place to be amazing. very tranquil and relaxing. loved how it was mostly a outdoors and decorated like the native land of Cambodia with a the modern conveniences. this place is worth the 10 minute tuk tik ride out of town. we will.miss your mascot Frankie the cat. he's such a lover.

Awesome, awesome place! Mengly’s home is beautiful. He also helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport, as well as a driver to take us to Angkor Wat!! Overall a great experience:) The breakfast is also amazing!!

The stay in 240 Residence was very pleasant. We would rate it 10 out of 10. Thanks to Ly we have managed to sort out all minor details very quickly too. We will certainly return!

Philip is a truly great host. He’s easy to contact and he is very responsive. Check-in super easy. The place is huge and has private entry. This is my second stay at Philip’s place. His place is spacious, clean, in a great location, and a great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here.

I had an amazing time at Borei's apartment on the top floor overlooking the water. What an amazing VIEW!!! Perfect location for the fun nightlife surrounding this area as well. Very easy access to the room and Borei's staff met me in front of the building at a moment's notice. The bed was a high quality memory foam mattress, which, if you have spent a lot of time in Asia, you'll know can be a very rare find to find a comfy bed, much less memory foam!! AMAZING! Borei was an awesome host. He was flexible with me on the check-in time, since I was checking out of another Airbnb that did not work out very well. His flexibility was a god send. The air conditioners were functioning great. There were a couple of waters in the fridge which saved me a trip to 7-11. Overall I have no complaints at all and it is a very beautiful apartment. Hot water takes a minute to get going, but is very hot once warmed up. Shower was fantastic.

Private location, great responsive host, clean and spacious flat - can recommend (one of the bedrooms has a rather hard mattress tho - might be a problem for some people)

His place has nice decorations which make me feel like home. The location is good and peaceful and especially the price is really affordable. Highly recommend if u guys wanna find a place for staycation or if u visit Phnom Penh.

Tucked away in a private corner, it's a very peaceful location yet close enough to the city centre n other sigts. The room is well furnished, great for long term stay as u can cook all ur meals. Sleeps 3 ppl comfortably too.

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

I absolutely loved the apartment complex, swimming pool, and gym - it was a slice of heaven! The apartment is fine, though I struggled with the wifi limitations, where/how to hang my clothes to dry, and a few things that I think Sunly has plans to improve on. Sunly responded quickly and is eager to get a good rating. For those visiting Phnom Penh for the first time, it is a 30+ minute tuk tuk ride to the night market and tourist area.

le logement était super, le quartier encore même mieux, certains mentionné que ce condo est loin, moi je dirais qu'il est très près de beaucoup de chose, situé à environs $2.00 Grab du Palais Royal et autre activité. près d'un parc pour enfants. Bonne sécurité et environnement très propre. le seul bémol rencontré est le Wi-Fi, sa lague régulièrement, donc prévoir à cette effet. je recommande sans faute.

Very nice to stay at here

The condo was easily accessible to get to and to Grab taxi and food. The neighborhood and building was quiet all day during the week and music outside only during the day on weekends. Wi-fi worked great. Bed very comfortable. The best A/C I had the whole trip. Beautiful river view. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very clean digs in a neighborhood with many dining and shopping options. There is a nearby night market and just a short walk away is the city's riverside walkway. In other words, a very convenient location. The apartment is sparkly clean -- bed, sofa, TV, fridge, kitchenette sink and other basic amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Hosts were incredible! Very proactive and helpful, they recommended so many things to do and places to eat. Always responsive and there to help. This is also the best equipped Airbnb we have stayed in! It really felt like a home. The complex next to the building is also very nice, filled with shops, restaurants, coworking spaces and anything you can need. For the duration of the stay we barely left the area haha.
