excellent stay! the apartment was very modern, clean, brilliant location, felt very cosy! The host was very responsive and allowed us to keep our bags in the room after we had checked out which was very helpful. We enjoyed the local amenities, including a nice coffee spot downstairs and really nice pub close by called millworks (you get a discount for staying in mill house). The location was stunning, we were able to go on lovely walks, and we felt safe throughout. The walk to the city centre is an easy 15mins , and it's literally a 30 second walk to a local punting company ( Granta) which we used for our tour ( also a discount of 10% for staying at millhouse). We would certainly recommend this Airbnb 👌 ☺️

Enjoyed a week's stay at the Mill House Apartments (unit 3) with several large windows directly overlooking the scenic Mill Pond with swans and buzzing with punting activity departing next door at Granta Pub. Lots of restaurants in the area (Granta, Mill House, Thai) and a gas station at the end of the block for supplies (milk, cereal). Easy walking distance to downtown Cambridge shops, pubs, and restaurants. Well sited in between Cambridge University's central colleges downtown and outer colleges (Selwyn, Clare Hall). Free parking behind a gate with code adds to the convenience for those with vehicles. Apartment fob for entry worked well. Apartment was very bright and comfortable, including a lot of extras like a big fan for cooling, washing machine next to refrigerator, iron/board, drying rack, coffee/tea packs, dishwasher cubes, extra trash bags, starter supply of paper products, etc. Nice graphic art in apartment. Owner sends detailed instructions and is very responsive. Book it.

I booked to stay with Venkat as I was travelling for work in Cambridge the following day and needed somewhere to get my head down. Venkat was very accommodating when my plans meant I wouldn't arrive until late, and met me in person - he was friendly and very good at communicating throughout. I was also able to park there and walk along the river about 20 minutes into Cambridge. Perfect for my needs!

The house was everything that was described and had a lovely setting. There was every convenience and it was exceptionally peaceful and quiet. The views were really lovely and we both really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Even though it was very peaceful the house was very near the town centre which was great for cafes, restaurants and shopping. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we hope to return.

We had a great weekend David was easy to contact and provided useful information and recommendations via text and in the lodge. The lodge had plenty of outside seating and use of the kayaks was a great way to explore the marina. The lodge was a good size with all we needed for a weekend stay. Plenty of lovely places to visit nearby and couple of good pubs only a mile away.

Great place and great location, a short walk from High Street, marina area and all amenities. Would certainly recommend staying here. The home was very warm and comfortable and we would certainly stay here again.

Where to begin? I celebrated my 50th birthday here with nine of my closest friends and family, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The cottage was absolutely incredible—beautifully maintained, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The garden was stunning, the village charming, and the local community so warm and welcoming. It was an unforgettable experience."

I had the pleasure of staying at Iman's place for 9 nights, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions and great communication from the host. The space itself was just as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities I needed. I especially loved Simba (their pet dog). The location was perfect to catch the train or to get groceries from Tesco. It made my trip so much more enjoyable, and I felt right at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. As with other reviews Caroline's place was above and beyond expectations. High level of comfort, beautiful garden and stream running through it. Very thoughtful amenites and fridge had enough for several breakfasts! For us, needing to be near Cambridge, having a station 3 minutes drive away, then 8 minutes to Cambridge was perfect. So much more to add, but just book it, you'll be as pleased as we were!

Lovely flat, relaxing location and quiet on the riverside of the flat, slightly noisy on the street side until the early hours due to the town centre location, not an issue if cool enough to have the windows closed however. Location for town centre really good, restaurants, cafe Nero, Costa M&S and Waitrose all a 2 minute walk away, including bus stop for trips into Cambridge/Bedford. The Flat itself was a complete home from home had everything i needed during my stay. Communication from Fleur was really good. Would absolutely book again when visiting friends in the area.

This was a business booking for two colleagues from Poland. They loved the accommodation, it was just as described and Fleur was a great host.
