This a good choice in Cambridge and Husain is very friendly and helpful. You can drop you luggage there for a while and Husain will take care of them. He is very nice. Also, he prepared rich food for you to enjoy your DIY breakfast.

A perfect stay that exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. Angela was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our Christmas was one to remember. I can’t recommend this house and its surroundings highly enough!

This was a very pleasant stay. We stayed over the Christmas period and Diana’s place was a home from home. Diana put up a few Christmas decorations which was not expected but very appreciated. Very close to all the large supermarkets and other big brand stores. About a 20/30 min walk into town, as it’s all flat it’s a very easy walk. Was a bit worried that we would be disturbed but noise from the street and rd. but it is extremely quite and no disturbance at all. Great Chinese takeaway just yards away and you must check out The Empress pub which is close by where it’s Christmas all year round. Very comfortable beds which aided a good nights sleep. Diana was very responsive and answered any questions quickly and was happy to asset. We would definitely stay again 10/10

The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, it was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we could need. Fiona even took the trouble to have milk there so we could give our toddler a bedtime drink as we arrived late. When I couldn't work the heating she was there to help. I think this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and if we are ever visiting Peterborough again we would definitely stay again.

Aly and her husband were beyond kind and gracious. The room + attached bathroom are beautiful, and immaculately clean. And it was a very nice stay.

Lorraine was a great host, communication was excellent. Told us all the best places to eat in the area etc. Annexe was great, clean, with private garden. Conservatory was lovely to sit in during the late afternoon. Really pieceful place to stay. Would definatley recommend.

Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness ensured that everything was perfect throughout my week-long stay. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. I stayed at Tom's place for a week and I did not have any issues. Tom and Anna were really friendly and responded to my messages right away. The room had an amazing view of Cambridge and it was really close to the train station. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Clean and tidy space. Great location close to restaurants and cafes. Free parking outside the house was great. Would recommend for a short/weekend stay.

Our first experience staying in someone’s house. Was a little apprehensive but absolutely no need to be! Miranda and Mark were so welcoming. Miranda provided great recommendations for places to eat prior to our stay. What a gem of a place. Gorgeous room with everything we needed. Fantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend staying if you want to explore Stamford.

Very simple and straight forward. Scenic 20min walk to the city centre or less on public transport.

Nasreen was extraordinarily welcoming. She gave me my choice of room and in the morning offered coffee and my choice of toast, fruit, cereal, and porridge for breakfast, joining me in a very pleasant conversation at the kitchen table. Her comfortable home is also conveniently located -- about a 6-minute walk from a stop for the bus to Audley End rail station and just over 15 minutes’ walk to picturesque Market Square. There is also a nearby Tesco where one can get microwaveable meals. Check-out was easy. Highly recommended for a relaxing and economical stay!

Yosita was welcoming and friendly. The house is a beautiful listed building and our room was at the top of the house and was nice and quirky, just what we like. Breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay there again.

I needed a place to stay as I was working at a local running event nearby with my daughter. Dawn and her family welcomed us and were very attentive. I’m gutted we didn’t have more time to spend with them as it was almost a flying visit and they were very kind and offered us various snacks etc. We highly recommend staying at their place and would not hesitate booking again when in Bedford. Notre séjour s'est bien passé : la chambre correspondait à la description, était propre, et le jardin était charmant. Jane répondait vite aux messages et était très chaleureuse quand nous l'avons rencontrée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien également. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied, et le quartier calme, surtout le soir.

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.
