Beautiful space with amazing bathroom! Check-in was easy thanks to such clear instructions. We enjoyed cooking in a well equipped kitchen and going out to restaurants within walking distance. Josh was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our first visit to St. Simon

Linda Michelle was a very responsive host who wanted to make sure our visit was enjoyable. While the home may be tiny, the space is brilliantly designed for maximum functionality. The decor is absolutely lovely and the backyard is a quiet haven from the busy streets.

The location is so small town and charming! We didn’t have to go far to find an eclectic shop or unique dining spot. The home is so lovely and comfortable. While it’s obviously an older home, there is a modern kitchen and all of the amenities of home (touchscreen AC control, gas stove, comfortable furniture, etc.). We were easily able to make and have dinner for 8 people and 3 dogs each night of our stay. There was plenty of space and it was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen appliances, dishes - really anything we needed. Our beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were clean and mirrored the charm of the plantation style architecture. We enjoyed the courtyard and sitting on the porch swing. We really were able to walk where we needed to go each day. The neighborhood is quiet and has multiple town squares to explore. The host is very responsive, professional and friendly in their correspondence. Definitely recommend this place!

Extremely friendly and super helpful with any and everything needed! Will definitely be back when we come to finish the job we were down there for. Even bought a motorcycle from them that they had at the house. Haha.

Our family had an amazing stay at Jennifer's home! There were 8 of us plus two small dogs, and we never felt crowded at all. The living room felt so open and roomy and had an expansive marsh view. The decor was very tasteful and not overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It felt like someone's actual home and not just a vacation rental staged to remind you that you're at the beach. The teens/ young adults enjoyed having their own space downstairs with a kitchenette to keep snacks and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - firepit on the marsh side and hammock tucked away in another part of the yard . The walk to the beach was very easy - a quick walk down to the end of the quiet street and then a trail through a wooded area down to East Beach which was gorgeous and uncrowded. This was maybe a 5 minute walk. We all really enjoyed the trail! My kids thought it seemed like a secret path through the forest. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer's home on SSI!

Very comfortable and clean home, great location just a short walk from the Cumberland Island Ferry and downtown St. Marys, and the hosts were super responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Our family really enjoyed this place. Perfect location to explore the island: walking distance to the beach, near Driftwood Beach and the Village. We definitely had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented out the whole house for our stay, Marjda was very responsive to all of our needs. The house is so quaint and each room was unique. Loved that all had our own bathrooms. The location of the house is very convenient for walking to most of the restaurantsand to the Cumberland island ferry. We also had access to the golf cart which helped to transport all of our gear to the ferry. Would highly recommend this lovely bed and breakfast.

We had an excellent stay! The home was great, and everything was as advertised.

This condo was great. One slight complaint is that bed was very soft. Everything else was excellent: location, pool, balcony, secure, clean, bikes and wonderful surroundings.

Great place and location. Older home with a spacious layout and great outdoor area. Beach access is super easy. There was construction ongoing around us, but it wasn't bad at all, mostly finishing work so no nail guns or anything. They also provided tons of beach gear. Just over a ten minute walk to the pier. We definitely will stay there again

Don and Marcia's place was cute, comfortable and clean. It was very conveniently located on the island and it was an easy walk to the beach. The provided bikes were really helpful. The hosts were proactive and made everything really easy and pleasant.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood that is very convenient to restaurants. We especially enjoyed the heated pool once some heating issues were resolved-our grandkids spent 3-4 hours a day in it!

Great location and plenty of space. We felt right at home. There are better beach accesses south of the property that do not require keeping up with the tide schedule.
