Siobhan and John were excellent hosts. Our family enjoyed our time at the house which offered several different choices for outside relaxation. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed during their stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Loved the house. Location was nice and quiet. Very comfortable living room. Plenty of room. Outside area was great. Ducks and geese were an extra that my dog wanted to chase, but alas, he was on a leash and couldn’t get to them. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

The house’s location on a pond was the initial attraction for us, always in search of experiences with wildlife. We were not disappointed; on any given day we saw wood storks, great herons, snowy egrets, great egrets, white ibis, osprey, and a variety of ducks. What a joy to sip our coffee or a glass of wine on the swing under the live oak taking in nature. This comfy and spacious house provided a gateway to everything we wanted to explore in the Golden Isles area. Don’t miss the Okefenokee Swamp and Harris Neck Refuge. Jekyll Island is a delight in many ways, with an interesting history and many areas to enjoy nature. Lots of very good restaurants in the area; our host provided many great recommendations. Carolyn is a gem. We travel a lot and have stayed in many Airbnb’s and I’ve found her to be among the best hosts I’ve encountered. She is attentive and responsive to your every need, clearly so happy to share her lovingly restored home with others. Thank you!

What a wonderful home! Fantastic location, beautifully appointed, incredible views and well equipped! This was a yearly girls trip with four high school friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and beautiful location. Close to the surrounding islands for shopping and dining yet in a world of its own. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Beautiful home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Stocked kitchen. Lovely firepit. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Very responsive host. Fully recommend and will stay again when we are in this area.

Wonderful house in the heart of St Simon’s! Very clean, nice layout, 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved it!

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.

Perfect department for one or two people right next to an excellent barbecue joint and although the restaurant next-door does generate some noise, it died down by 9 o'clock and they're locked up by 10. I believe the barbecue was excellent. It was just what I needed passing through it's not far from 95. It was a five star stay for me. I needed a good night sleep peace and quiet and that's what I got. Excellent communicationand Easy to the apartment via lockbox if you prefer contactless entry and privacy it's perfect. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this many reviewers all with nothing but 5 stars and glowing comments about the hosts! One look inside this property and walk through the park like grounds down go the covered gazebo over the North River convinced me that they were all 100% correct. Our short 2-night stay inc l used beautiful sunsets on the water! We will be back! Thank Don and Annie for sharing your exquisite home!

The cabin is so sweet, well taken care of, with special touches and design details all around. We had a lovely stay! The location is very secluded and remote, so highly recommend bringing supplies to cook meals there, which we did. Full kitchen & fridge, everything you’d need is there. Comfortable bed, too! Record collection, games & DVDs were nice extra amenities. Originally scheduled for 3 nights but we could only stay the final one because our dog wasn’t feeling well enough to travel the earlier part of this week. Worth noting: If your travel plans change too close to the start of your reservation, refund isn’t possible unless the host can rebook.

We had a very relaxing family getaway. Would recommend and would love to come back.

it was a little hard to find the place in the dark. but it was one of the coolest places we've stayed. we loved that it was secluded and quiet. perfect for us and our two kids and their significant others. everyone had their own space and there was an amazing place to gather and cook, play games, and relax. Loved everything about it

Absolutely amazing home! My girls felt easy and appreciated the home and the layout. They really want a house like this one when we got back to our home. Very easy to talk with and responsiveness was super quick!
