Wonderful spacious home in an established upscale and private neighborhood with easy walking access ( 3 min) to a great beach . Perfect kid and pet-friendly home that is well-equipped with state of the art TVs including excellent WiFi. Willy is a fabulous Superhost.

We started our vacation just when Tropical Storm Debby hit the island. Despite the challenges with the weather (out of anyone's control), we had a fabulous time! The house was spotless, very comfortable, beautifully decorated (great attention to every little detail) ; we loved the open plan, no carpet and no stairs (our blind dog quickly felt at home). Also it was perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. We loved the pool and the fenced backyard was perfect for our small dogs. Our host Adam was proactive, very accessible and responsive, he answered all our questions/concerns promptly and provided great recommendations. He sent someone right away to fix the fence that fell during the storm, and also made sure the pool cleaner came to clear debris & treat the pool as soon as possible. We also visited Jekyll island (about 35 min away- driving) for a day and loved it. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope we can make it back soon!

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

Our family had an amazing stay at Jennifer's home! There were 8 of us plus two small dogs, and we never felt crowded at all. The living room felt so open and roomy and had an expansive marsh view. The decor was very tasteful and not overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It felt like someone's actual home and not just a vacation rental staged to remind you that you're at the beach. The teens/ young adults enjoyed having their own space downstairs with a kitchenette to keep snacks and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - firepit on the marsh side and hammock tucked away in another part of the yard . The walk to the beach was very easy - a quick walk down to the end of the quiet street and then a trail through a wooded area down to East Beach which was gorgeous and uncrowded. This was maybe a 5 minute walk. We all really enjoyed the trail! My kids thought it seemed like a secret path through the forest. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer's home on SSI!

Was the perfect place to land for the night: clean, artistic and homey. We so wished we could've stayed longer but we hope to be back! :)

We spent five nights at Peyton’s Place while exploring the area and look forward to returning. Like other guests have commented, this is a home with great character and charm in a picturesque town. Peyton goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable with a detailed orientation and local recommendations. The pictures in the listing are spot on. We enjoyed short walks to downtown restaurants and the Cumberland Island ferry. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting the host Peyton. He is delightful, and his hospitality is warm and gracious. Thank you, Peyton!

Very clean. Felt right at home. Big enough for my family of 3+ 2 big dogs. 15 min to public beach. 5-10 min for food choices. Would stay here again.

The house was large and comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and equipped with everything we needed! The location was close to both Jekyll and St Simons Islands as well as the historic part of Brunswick. We would stay in this house again!

A quiet location with beautiful walk across causeway to the beach. The bikes are perfect for getting around the island.

Everything was as described. The home was spotless and you could tell the property was well taken care of. I think our favorite part of the stay had to be the duck's! They're a fun little wake up crew to walk out to in the mornings. My boys loved them. We enjoyed playing in the pool during the hot part of the day and in the evening we fished and played basketball. Hands down the best place we've stayed at over the past several years. The kids are already asking if we can go back and we just let. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us!

Fabulous location and views. Lots of space for a large group with interesting nautical decor. Kitchen is very well supplied. We'll be back!

Everything about this vacation was perfect! The little ones loved the pool and wooded marsh trails. The location was peaceful and the house so roomy. Pete was a terrific host and was easy to reach if we needed anything, which we didn't. Highly recommend if you find yourself fortunate enough to visit Jekyll Island!

This condo was so cute and in a great location. We could get to restaurants and the beach in just a few minutes. It was well stocked and clean and our dogs preferred the dog bed in the condo over the two we brought from home! Hope to return sometime! Thanks

This was our second stay at this home. It is beautiful, and extremely comfortable felt right at home. Candice is always so sweet and very responsive. I highly recommend this air bnb.

We have stayed in several Air B&B homes, and this one by far exceeded our expectations! The home was so inviting and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed! I can’t wait to book with them again!

Our family of four stayed at the Mint Julep for our spring break week in mid-March and it exceeded every expectation. The house was perfectly furnished and the layout worked great for our pre-teen kids to be on one side in the bunk room with their own bathroom, and for us parents to be on the other side of the house with an en suite. We enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee and the kids used the pool every day (we were glad we requested it be heated, definitely a must for March as it was still in the 60s some days). We also enjoyed the firepit and outdoor TV. You can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner and breakfast daily, and my husband ran the trail right outside the front door every day too. We hope to be back again next year.

Great stay on Saint Simons. Very clean and well furnished. Great neighborhood and area.

We celebrated my friends birthday here for the weekend and absolutely loved it! House was huge and plenty of room for everyone!

This home was wonderful! Very safe, clean, and spacious!! The neighborhood was super close to downtown and very walkable! Our pup loved the fenced in backyard! The entire home was very dog friendly and welcoming. Good vibes all around!!

We had a lovely time staying here! It's a beautiful place to stay with friendly neighbors and walkable to several food places. It's conveniently close to the both Jekyll and St. Simons Island as well as downtown. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch after beach days. Wonderful hosts, place is as described - our dog also approved, there's a great little park behind the house to go out. We will definitely be back in future!

Great house with beautiful upgrades. Easy walk to the beach and close to downtown restaurants. Pet-friendly but you wouldn’t know it based on how clean it’s kept. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend a getaway to St. Simons; a great little calm and peaceful place. Also, don’t forget to grab a donut at Dulce Dough. Featured on Triple D, the donuts are like no other!
