Great place to stay to explore historical parts of the city! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Excellent communication by the host! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a great stay the place was easily accessible clean and quiet we had no complaints I do just wish it was a little closer to the center of the city but the location was still convenient and close

Richard was a very responsive host. My first time staying in Philly and it went well. Coffee shops are walkable. The river is across the street and a 5 minute walk. We didn’t notice any noise with the club across the street.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend for a quick trip to see a 76ers game. The apartment was easy to find and absolutely beautiful. Street parking in the area was not as difficult as I was expecting it to be, we didn’t struggle at all to find a free spot and we were coming and going at different times throughout the day. My only reservation about my stay was that the gym in the pictures is only included for 2 weeks + stays which I didn’t note when I booked, that was one of my main focal points when booking but it wasn’t hard to find a local gym with free day passes. City fitness gym was beautiful around the corner. Easy check in and check out. Clean, and great location for all things around. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! Richard had basics like towels, sheets, soap, detergent, pots, pans, a Keurig, kettle, blankets. We appreciated the dresser. Richard was super responsive and even reached out to building management on our behalf once. Expect some car noise and bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to that. We didn’t hear other nightlife. Lots of construction at building site but we didn’t hear that. It’s pretty quiet for a city street. We just moved into a different AirBnB in the same building complex and now we miss Richard’s place. His was so much cleaner and comfier in comparison.

All around ideal host, from start to finish. Always ahead of things and responsive. Definitely recommend and would stay again. The value puts it over the top!

Ruchard's apartment was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. He responded very quickly to all our questions. Good location and safe neighborhood near lots of historical sites. There was interstate traffic noise and parking close to building entrance was sometimes difficult depending on time of day. Easy to get ride share and food deliveries to building entrance. Highly recommend!

Everything was great!! This was my second time and I definitely will be back again!!!

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beth was super responsive and helpful with instructions. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Great location close to / walkable to everything in city center.

Ben was generous by letting me stay here at this Airbnb and hosting myself and my cousins. It was exactly described and the home was way bigger than I thought it would be. I would recommend staying there for my next family function, and to really sit in the backyard and enjoy the scenery.

10/10 recommend! Stayed here for my friends bachelorette party and was sad when we had to leave. Perfect spot for any retro themed party. Great spots to take pictures and lots of activities to keep busy. The decor was absolutely incredible and loved all the room themes; can’t wait to come back one day!

David is a great host and this place is an excellent stay. Spent more time in Philadelphia and King of Prussia, but appreciated the myriad of restaurants around the area of the house. The house was clean and spacious and the pictures were exactly what came with the location. Check in and out was very easy and David was extremely responsive, even checking in to make sure that things were going well. I recommend this home highly as a place to stay and if I come back to the area, this is the first place I’m looking to stay.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Beautiful home, great location! Especially enjoyed the hot tub amidst the city skyline. Children’s play area was appreciated as well as the large dining table.

I’ve never been to an AirBnB that was so well thought out. Chargers, movie channels, q-tips, cookware, I mean - they thought of everything. Clean, quiet, roomy, with outdoor space. Walkable, great restaurants nearby. Loved it.

We are repeat guests at Rod's home and always enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Bryn Mawr. Snap pizza and Bubba's Cheesesteak are favorites! The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals, as well. The home is wonderfully clean and cozy with comfortable beds, quality linens, and plenty of seating areas. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
