This cottage is delightfully cozy in the winter and very charmingly decorated. It’s not just run of the mill decor. The lighting setup is especially great and was put together very thoughtfully. I really enjoyed being IN the spaces that have been created in the cottage - there are several different seating areas for reading a book or sharing a meal or hanging out. The location of the cottage is spectacular with beautiful views from the windows as well as the private garden, private porch overlooking the bay, and more. Fabiola leaves many helpful instructions (often amusing!) and also gives lots of recommendations about the area. In addition to that she is super welcoming, always available, and clearly wants her guests to enjoy themselves. She also lets the guests have privacy. I’m sure the cottage and garden are even better in summer simply because one can spend more time outdoors, but winter has its own beauty in Maine and the cottage is a wonderful place to experience it from.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

Loved staying here! It's a very short walk to Kettle Cove State Park and Crescent Beach. Cape Elizabeth is a charming, quiet little town. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway spot, this is it. You'll feel right at home. Plus the hosts are very responsive and friendly. I'm already thinking about when I can return!

This place was everything I hoped it would be. Cozy, very close to the beach, and my dog was very relaxed there. The building seems like it has been well maintained and the shower was excellent with great water pressure and a rain feature from the ceiling. The surrounding area was quiet and also dog friendly.

This area is absolutely magical. The house is set up perfectly for a large family. I especially appreciated the front deck and screened porch. I can’t thank the owner enough for sharing their beach house with us. This was our second year staying at Tidewater making memories with our family. Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

This was exactly what we needed! What a perfect little place. It’s a 30-second walk to the beach and an easy 1.3 mile walk to the downtown area. We walked everywhere and clocked 15 miles per day between the beach stroll in the AM, scooter/jog with my kids to the arcade at 10am, and afternoon/evening walks to the nonstop carnival. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen is so well stocked with the basics. Such a great place! Perfect for a family visit to the beach. Also, I was surprised by how clean and safe the downtown felt. Ideal for families and young kids. Thank you, Julie!

The townhouse complex is really nice, has a pool and it's a short walk to the beach. The space is comfortable, the balcony is nice, the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. We had a very relaxing stay! It's really quiet and relaxing after a beach day or exploring nearby Portland. (if you're sensitive to noise - there's train that goes by a few times a day that you'll likely hear)

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time. The condo is in the most perfect location right near the beach and the cute town. Our boys loved that we could walk right outside and be able to walk the town and go right to the beach. The condo is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the water. It was so easy to take our boys to the beach being so close. We especially loved enjoying the sunset at night and walking the beach. The pool was also very nice and great for the kids. I’ve been coming to OOB for years, and have stayed at many places at the beach. This property was immaculate, spacious and it was a lovely stay! It’s about a mile from the beach but it’s great walk along the way-and the beach is accessible with less than a minute walk right across street. We loved it

Our family loved our stay here, plenty of space to spread out and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We loved paddling around the cove in the two kayaks.

This place is amazing! So cozy and so comfortable! The lake was beautiful and we made plenty of use of the fire pit and kayaks. Stephen was so kind and responsive and made asking questions easy. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Wonderful vacation home with its own water access that had amazing sunrises. The bedrooms were excellent with 3 rooms with king beds, which was perfect for us 3 couples. The open floor plan on the main level had plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. Our host was very quick with any communication and very friendly. This property is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet on the water with a fanfantastic views.

What an amazing time I had at this place! I got married to my best friend and we had our families joined together! Everyone cooking every night, beach walks, board games, and fires for when it got a little cold. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding week! We had a great, low key girls weekend at Alanna’s place. The hot tub was great for soaking in, and right off the deck. We brought our snowshoes and enjoyed snowshoeing down to the lake and around the property. The tvs in the living room felt a bit over powering, but we figured out how to put two to sleep so we could just listen to music on the third.

My family and I loved our stay. Lovely, clean home in the perfect location. Children (and the adults) loved being able to walk to the beach and back whenever they wanted. Would absolutely recommend this airbnb to all of our friends and family.

We had a great weekend at this peaceful cozy home in the woods. Fantastic view of the bay. Right down the street from Popham. The house had everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of games, and records! We were there during a snow storm which was really fun. The little wood stove helped make for a cozy weekend - as did the jacuzzi which was a blast to sit in as the snow came down. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the cottage. The cottage is beautiful, well thought of and well maintained. Most bedrooms give such a beautiful view of the surrounding area and really give such a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking ! From bakeware to a blender, this cottage has everything ! It was also great to have access to the washer and dryer unit, it was located in the bathroom which was so Convenient… something I need it my house now! It is located about an hour from Acadia and also 30 minutes from the LLBEAN outlet. We felt like the location was perfect because it was nice to go back to a quiet, restful area after being in the front of all tourism. We went to Bar Harbor but it was just SO busy! So we really appreciated being a little further away from Acadia to really appreciate what the area had to offer.
