Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

Tiona was a great communicator and made all the expectations known well ahead of time which was really helpful when planning a weekend for 12 people. Thank you again!

Everything was wonderful. Upon arrival, everything was very clean. The rooms were set up and decorated very nice. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Patricia gave clear instructions from the beginning. She always responded within minutes. Our stay was perfect. I highly recommend. Pam Hawkins.

We absolutely loved our stay at Leonard’s place and wished we could have stayed longer! The location was amazing for exploring by foot, or we could pick up Ride Indigo bikes from round the corner. Parking was sincerely appreciated, we fitted a RAV 4 in the space with no issues. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Loved our stay at Katharine’s place. Everything was as pictured; very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and made it easy to walk to everything. Note the steps are very steep and there are a lot of them but that is fully disclosed. Was fine for us but maybe not for everyone. It’s a busy noisy neighborhood so might not be good if you’re looking for something more serene.

Me and a couple friends stayed here so we had easy access to the eagles parade! Super safe and walkable to the sports complex. The beds are super comfy and the house is overall very homey.

matthew's place iwas amazing. it is very close to the city center. the neighborhood is very quiet and very good place to rest. the place also amazing. all the amanities was there with an extras so we dont need to find here and there. the check out instructions was easy for us with a very large group of people. very recommended!

I had a fabulous stay at this Airbnb! The place was impeccably clean, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything I was interested in, which made exploring the area so convenient. Terri was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for a seamless stay. We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

This is the third time visiting Tsahai 's property and it is always a wonderful experience. Extremely tidy, peaceful and comfortable. We are always satisfied with her responsiveness and the quality of her service. I look forward to visiting again in the future, Lord willing.

John’s home was lovely, super clean, and exactly as described. I liked how it was in a very peaceful neighborhood not too far from the rest of Philly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, and don’t mind coming back here next time I’m in town. I highly recommend John’s place for anyone looking for a private and relaxing spot away from all the noise.

The house was as described getting into the drive was a little hectic but did not diminish the house or the stay ❤️ my friends and I liked and enjoyed our stay!

We had a GREAT time at this location, with very few general complaints. -The TV was huge - beds where comfy -the air conditioning worked great - kitchen was gorgeous -location had everything you want for Philly (I am a Philly local) -the hot tub was clean -the house was darn near spotless Only complaints (and tbh this is nit picking!) -there is a charge for the hot tub (I feel there should only be one if you make a mess of it). Since the place was so pricey, we feel that a little much -you need to bring your own cleaning supplies (trash bags/paper towels, etc). -the tv didn’t have much in terms of streaming services/phone connection (bring a chrome cast or video game system if you want that). -water pressure wasn’t the best -it is a LITTLE loud outside at night, so be aware (not the owners fault, obviously—it’s right in center city so they’ll happen).
