Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico! La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e con una vista bellissima! I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto.Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Me and my wife had a wonderful week in Patrizia’s farm house. The location of the house has allowed us to discover most touristic and hidden gems of all central-Italy. It has a very strategic geographical location as well as a wonderful place to stay. Patrizia was very available since the second we booked with her. She and her family welcomed us as if we are part of their family. They are very kind and generous people who values the land and nature. I loved the olive trees, the mountains, the kaka trees, the pomegranate trees and the beautiful clear sky from her wide balcony. We were able to immerse, recharge and reconnect with nature, breathe the clearest air and eat the yummiest food. From her location we visited more than 10 Medieval 🏰 villages, PIENZA,Florence, Assisi ,Pisa, and most of Umbria and more because of the convenient location of her place. It was a beautiful place filled with beautiful memories. Thank you Patrizia and your lovely family for everything, see u soon ❤️❤️

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

il nostro soggiorno, anche se di una notte, è stato veramente piacevole. La casa ha uno stile "cottage" che è piaciuto molto, era molto accogliente, pulito e con tutto il necessario. la signora che ci ha ricevuto per il check in e check out è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la location, negli immediati dintorni non c'è molto, ma in macchina a meno di 5 minuti già si trovano ottimi ristoranti ed altro. Assolutamente consigliato!

Giovanna è stata fantastica, con la sua cortesia e disponibilità. La casa era perfetta per noi, in un piccolo borgo tranquillo con poche case, dove la nostra cagnetta era contenta di scorrazzare. Lo spazio esterno è molto carino e rilassante. Lo spazio interno è pulito e accogliente, su due piani. Il paese di borgo pace è a 5 minuti di macchina e ci sono diversi posti, ancora più vicini, dove poter fare un bagno nel fiume. Unica pecca è che le comunicazioni sono difficili per l'assenza di una rete telefonica stabile, ma questo non è certo colpa della fantastica host.

sono stato ad Anghiari per lavoro. L'appartamento di Marco si trovava nella posizione ideale per i miei spostamenti. È a 2 minuti dal parcheggio gratuito e a 10 metri dalla piazza centrale dove poi si trovano ristoranti e bar. La casa ha aoddisfatto a pieno le mie necessità. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

wir haben sehr spontan angefragt und konnten innerhalb von 1Stunde mittags einchecken. wir sind mit den Rädern und Hund auf Reisen und waren sehr froh so spontan beim Wetterumbruch in die Wohnung zu können. Es ist sehr ruhig und eine sehr gute Lage. Ivana ist sehr nett und steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut aufgewärmt :-) Auch die Küche bietet alles, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Danke für den spontanen und warmen Aufenthalt.

L'alloggio è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Molto spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con molto gusto. L'host e la cohost sono molto cordiali e disponibili e hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti!

Fantastisk leilighet og beliggenhet. Terrassen er magisk! Panorama utsikt! Vakre fjell og vakkert hav. Kort vei til alt. Fermo er en vakker by! Marche er en vakker region! Chiara er en utmerket vert. Hun hadde laget kake❤️ Den var veldig god. For et sted! Anbefales! Takk❤️

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Une de nos plus belle location Un service juste digne d’un 5 étoiles Un service exceptionnel Des chambres luxueuses avec chacune une salle de bain privé Tout est parfaitement propre et confortable La piscine est incroyablement grande et majestueuse Le jaccuzi est super aussi… il y a une douche et salle de bain extérieur La sécurité est partout (caméra, alarme, sécurité piscine) Il est à proximité de commerce et restaurant La literie est parfaite Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés Tout est parfait Je pourrais passer une soirée à faire les éloges de la propriété et d’Alessio qui nous a accueilli était au top !!! On a pu s’organiser parfaitement pour notre arrivée et notre départ Je peux que conseiller à mon entourage votre magnifique villa !!! Tout était parfait… un sans faute On se sent comme chez soi On reviendra c’est certain :)
