We stayed 2 nights in the Getaway! It was cute and very easy to access. The little tiki bar by the creek & fireplace is a fun little hangout!

This was a nice, tucked away spot in the PA Wilds that was still close to the conveniences of town. Perfect comfy home base for exploring the wild and natural areas around without having to camp.

We felt right at home. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of wild life to see around. We came during end of November, but this place would be also be awesome to stay at during the summer with the lake, to ride bikes or go for a walk. Would definitely recommend this house and host to a friend or family!!

Beautiful setting even in the winter. Well stocked kitchen. The mudroom was very helpful. Ample TVs and places to relax- internet was great. Great communication with host, very responsive to any needs or questions.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at the lodge! It is such a warm and welcoming place and very peaceful. And Steve couldn’t have been a better host, he will do anything to help make your stay one to remember. I cant wait to book again!

Incredible host and incredible place. The amenities were everything we needed for a party of 6. The area was peaceful and the host’s mother lives across the street and was very sweet and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed everything! Beds were comfy - we were just in the space for sleeping as we were in town for work. Would have loved to enjoy the outside surroundings. On our last night we pulled up to the house and saw the most stars we have ever seen in our lives. IT WAS MAGICAL! Only thing is getting there is a bit tricky since the address doesn’t get you directly to the house. I dropped a pin on the entrance from the main road once we got there so I could just plug that in for directions the rest of the stay. Thanks Robin!!

Our party included 3 adults. Originally planned to travel with 2 children (1 and 5) but plans changed. Aimee was very accomodating in changing our reservation. Apartment was very accomodating and met our needs and would have met our needs with the children as well. Cost was comparable to the local hotel with a full kitchen. The only issue I see is with the colder temps coming all the doors are very drafty. Overall we were very pleased with the amenities, location and cost. Great place to stay and will definitely use it again when visiting Emporium.

Great place to stay and very close to downtown. Walking distance to everything in town. The space is bigger in person than in pictures

by far, this was the most beautiful airbnb we have ever stayed. we wanted to sell our house and move in there. The age of construction leant to an old world charm of extra high ceilings, original old world wood finishes, extra large windows. the bathroom was as large as a bedroom. I will stay there again and again.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. R. Marie was very quick to respond to our questions and with the heat management of the unit. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Staying with Mary Beth was great! She was an exceptional host and always very kind and thoughtful, the area suited all my needs and felt like a home away from home!

Robin was the perfect host and his location is ideal for privacy and peacefulness. Having him provide essential grocery items was a huge plus! We didn't have to run right out to the grocery store. The living space is comfy and very relaxing. Robin was welcoming and we look forward to returning.

This was our second time staying at this location. It was the upstairs apartment. There was a rain storm (remnants of Hurricane Debby) and flooding the next day. Amy contacted me to make me aware the basement would need pumped out. I really appreciated the heads up and thoughtfulness. Yovy and Amy are wonderful hosts and my daughter and I love staying at their place. I highly recommend them!

We had an incredible stay at Fawn Lodge! Thomas was helpful and kind with all of our questions. The cabin was in a perfect location, just outside of Benezette- close enough to the sights, but far enough away from any crowds. We plan to stay here year after year!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to get into the PA Wilds. We have come here the last three years for bear season. The house is always super clean and well maintained, all of the appliances work, the heat is comfortable and the bunk house can sleep a number of people. Tim is as good as they get as a host, very responsive to messages and makes sure we have what we need when we are there.

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The location is great, close to the visitors center, but also private. The hot tub was a nice addition that we got to use even tho it was cold. Would love to come back again!

The cabin was very roomy for the two of us, and perfectly situated to explore the Quehanna Wild Area. The 12PM checkout also allowed us to get a lot more activity in on check out day. We would stay here again.
