My family and I loved the place it had everything we could of asked for. Even a crib and a high chair for my daughter that visited me with my 1 year old granddaughter.The place was nice and clean and smiled really good and we had alit of space inside the house and outside.The price was worth it. Thank You So Much!!!!!

Best location! Easily walkable to grocery store, liquor store, park, bars and restaurants! And ocean/sound of course!

We were in Brownsville visiting my husband's family. The little neighborhood where the AirBnb is located, is super quiet, private and peaceful. The front porch of the house is super cute! We even had ducks roaming around the front of the house :) Restaurants and stores are a few minutes drive away. The house is super spacious. We loved the fact that there's basically a bathroom designated for each bedroom. Kitchen was very well stocked with various small appliances. My only wish was that they offered glass tableware but that is just a personal preference. We felt safe and comfortable our whole stay and would definitely consider booking again whenever we visit next.

El departamento es hermoso y muy espacioso, con camas sumamente cómodas. Está ubicado a solo unos pasos de la alberca y la playa, en una zona inmejorable. Además, Jerry siempre estuvo atento a resolver mis dudas.

We had a wonderful stay here! Carlos helped get us checked in when we arrived late. He walked us through and got us settled. We saw him a few times during our stay with his family which was a bit different. The condo is inside a gated community with security so we felt comfortable and safe. The beds were very comfortable, there was ample space for the 7 of us, beach was a short and easy walk. The pools were nice and clean! The neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The Condo was great. Easy to get to and great location. The pool and beach were easy to get to and not too crowded. The pool did have some excessive rules, such as not being able to play your own music even at a very low volume (we were threatened with fines). Only one elevator was working when we arrived, but it was fixed by the next day. There was plenty for the kids to do and I heard no complaints from them, which is amazing!

Will definitely be staying here the next time I visit SPI! The beach was within walking distance & the location overall was very convenient.

We loved the place , clean ,peaceful , beautiful , & the beach was like 5 min walk distance we will be back for sure 🙌🏻
