This is my second stay at Enrique's place. Absolutely enjoy staying there as it is located in a quiet and peaceful place. We enjoy having coffee in the balcony overseeing the beautiful resaca and all his beautiful plants. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. Has a nice kitchen and dining area. I highly recommend Enrique's place!!

This is a beautiful condo unit right on the beach with top floor views through floor-to-ceiling windows and from balcony. Wendy, the host, was great and communicated with us promptly through some difficult travel situations, even offering to extend our stay an extra day due to arrival flight delays. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take her up on the offer, but we would have loved to spend more time here. Would definitely come back!

Lyly was a great host, from start to finish. I loved how she was able to accommodate my guest and I at last minute notice. I also loved the fact the she took time to include high chairs for the two babies on the list. We were all impressed by that attention to detail. I would highly recommend this beautiful place and we will most definitely be coming back.

We had a blissful 4 night stay at this condo. The Condo is a perfect size with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. View of the beach from the master bedroom and living room is incredible. Walk to the beach was 3 minutes. Loved the closet full of beach supplies so we didn't have to go buy chairs, towels, buckets, shovels, tennis and pickleball racquets. I forgot to throw our wagon in the car so if you're going, don't forget the wagon for bringing everything to the beach. Washer and Dryer were wonderful and had detergent pods there. Kitchen was well equipped with anything you'd need for cooking including a Keurig. Thanks for the coffee and coffee pods! There were several coolers to choose from for the beach. I would probably have brought a few ice packs from home next time. Oh! And I didn't notice until we were leaving that Lana has put together a pdf guide for SPI, so check that out. Don't miss the all you can eat Shrimp at El Buen Bescador (in front of Walmart) for $18.00! We will be back!

Williams place was a great location! We spent Christmas there. Perfect for a family of 4. Very nice, as pictured! Awesome view!

We really enjoyed our stay! We even extended our stay another night. This was an amazing experience and the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave!! Thank You so very much and when we go back we will definitely look into staying with you again!

Clarissa’s place was perfect for our stay in San Benito, very private and peaceful. The cottage is as advertised and very well equipped with extras to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Clarissa for being so accommodating, beautiful property!

Melinda was an awesome host and from the start, she communicated well, provided a lot of local attractions and things to do in the area and was responsive. Very close to the beach. The place was perfect for our family and had all the necessities. The pool was clean and everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed. Beds were comfortable and there were places to gather together but still have areas to retreat if needed since we had 9 visitors! We loved it and would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect and was in an excellent location. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay in Cheryl's condo which has everything you could want and more, it's very well appointed. Great location on the island as well as within the property. The view and proximity to the beach can't be beat.

Very clean, comfortable, and nice that it had a sofa bed in the living room so we could have movie night there. It is very walkable if you're going to matamoros. The resaca view was very nice too and it served our needs well with the kitchen/dinning area. Main bedroom has its own bathroom. Host was very helpful in telling us exactly how to get there. Thanks again for having us!

We originally chose Leonard’s place so we could spend March in the Area without having to be on SPI during spring break. It proved to be a great choice. The house sat on the 7th fairway. Our neighbors appeared to be local and friendly. We are golfers and played several days each week. Leonard provided far more than most hosts supply. Three grills, two bicycles, a kayak (we didn’t use it), a fully stocked kitchen with many small appliances and about any spice you needed. Leonard was always available by email to answer any questions. Response time was great. If we ever go back to the area we will try to stay at Leonard’s.

Amazing, amazing, and amazing. Jose was extremely kind and responsive. Great location by the water and everything is so close by. 10 outta 10 would, and will stay here again.

Absolutely lovely bungalow, very relaxing and peaceful stay. The covered pool was clean and refreshing. loved all the beautiful plants and scenery. Courtney was a great host and very attentive. Will definitely come back! TY! 😊

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our family vacation. Plenty of space for 2 families. Any questions we had were answered by the host.

La casa es muy amplia y tiene buena distribución. La cocina está súper equipada, hay de todo, el refrigerador es grande y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las recámaras son amplias y las camas son muy cómodas, los baños impecables con muchos detalles nuevos y suficientes toallas y sábanas nuevas. La sala es muy cómoda así como el comedor. La alberca es está impecable y preciosa, aunque ser invierno, nosotros no nadamos, notamos que hay suficientes toallas y juegos para la alberca. Había disponibles patines y bicicletas que por ser una zona completamente plana, son muy practicas. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente en toda la casa así como el WiFi. Teresa es sumamente amable, nos resolvió de inmediato un par de dudas sin problema y con excelente disposición. ¡Nos quedaríamos nuevamente en esta casa sin duda alguna!

Great peaceful place to stay. The host was responsive & attentive. Patio and pool area was nice. Close walk to the beach, would stay here again.

Weather was not the best ie cold & rainy so spent more time in room. It was cozy and had what we needed to be comfortable . Kitchen was adequate . We travel with a small K Keurig pot and our own coffee so we had an easy am . So close to everything . The one nice day I was able to walk to the beach . All other restaurants were close and easy to get to. Bed was comfortable and really only comfy spot to watch to the rainy days . It’s basically a hotel room with nice patio area. Pool and hot tub are shared with others in the larger house area . We did not use either because of the weather. Meet other guests just once very nice . Dayna was helpful before and during our trip . Worked well for or first trip to SPI . Stayed 5 days looking for maybe 2 months next winter in a larger unit on the island
